I have a vision problem and can only read if dark mode is on. I have dark mode on for firefox but when I go to a website from settings, the back ground is white and blinds me. help

I want to remove any and all auto suggested search options from the search bars within whatever website I visit, such as the one shown below. This is not related to auto suggested options with Firefox's URL bar. This is for the search bar within websites.

I don't understand what happened in the last 10 minutes where both my pc and my laptop can no longer open youtube videos in a new tab by right-clicking. I haven't made any changes, I haven't downloaded anything or installed anything new. The last firefox update for both machines happened yesterday between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. 18 hours after an update, I just lose a basic feature? I'm able to right-click and open youtube vids in edge. So it has to be a firefox thing... Any ideas or suggestions?

I have a DSL router and can not talk to it. It does not support https protocols but when I put in the address 192.168.0.1/status.html it changes it to https:192.168.0.1/status.html. This is a laptop and I have talked to another route that uses https at the same address but at a different location. How do I stop it from doing this?

Firefox 64-bit 114.0.1 on Windows 11 with latest updates. When using Firefox, articles on The Guardian website are displaying with text overlaying images on the web page. The same problem does not happen if I view the same web page using the MS Edge browser on the same PC. This problem happens with every article I have viewed on The Guardian website, but I have not seen it on any web page on any other website. As an example, see the screen shots below of the same web page (https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2023/jun/14/charge-dropped-against-man-accused-of-killing-german-backpacker) viewed on Firefox and Edge.

When I browse youtube I normally open videos in a new tab by right clicking on the thumbnail and selecting open in new tab - Menu is displayed with options specific to the LINK i just right-clicked on. i.e. "open link in new tab" , "open in new window" , "bookmark link", etc.

Now, when I right click on a youtube video thumbnail, a different menu appears, with options relating to the PAGE (itself)- i.e. "save page as..." , "save page to pocket", arrows to go to previous/next page, etc.

I tried to troubleshoot in safe mode but it's the same problem. This is on both my PC and Mac. What could the problem be? Appreciate your help!

Why is it Firefox can't control META timelines. Both Facebook and Instagram jump down several posts while scrolling.... I was going to blame it on META till I found this doesn't occur with Chrome or Edge. Firefox is my preferred browser due to the many addon's available.

Gmail sidebar loads Calendar no error but sidebar empty/clear/white; Calendar only (other sidebar apps eg Tasks or Contacts load fine); Firefox only (other browsers eg Chrome or Edge no problem.

When I logged on today, I realized that my Firefox homepage was not displayed. Only three Firefox webpages were displayed.

Furthermore, when I did open a new page, it was not my homepage. All of my homepage icons have been replaced with many others; Reddit, Wikipedia and such. None of mine were displayed.

When I opened GMail, my Inbox font size had been changed.

Does this mean that I have been hacked?

I live in the US, and don't use a VPN. I noticed my firefox is defaulting to sending DNS over HTTPS requests to the default Canadian DNS over HTTPS, rather than the US provider. How can I change my firefox settings to not think I'm Canadian?

Youtube, sometimes, loads for ~5-10 seconds on average for no reason, doesn't load the video or audio at all. Extremely frustrating when I'm just browsing, it may not seem like a long amount of time but I shouldn't have these issues to begin with. Cleared cache, no addons are out of date or tamper with Youtube. Tried every fix I could find on the matter, nothing seems to have worked. Issue persists. I had similar issues with Kaspersky AV installed, so I had just uninstalled it. Prior to this newest firefox update, I have had no issues at all.

Firefox can sync anything except logins and passwords between different devices. I have selected "Logins and passwords" at "settings-Sync-You are syncing these items across all your connected devices", but it still dosen't work.

Can you tell me why these links will work in Chrome, Edge, etc; but not in Firefox? They are used for navigation on our website and our customers using Firefox are the only ones having issues. The links are not clickable for them.

I cannot get the Firefox Browser Page to fit the screen on my laptop. I constantly have to hit <cntrl> - or + to zoom in and out. I have to do this for every tab I open. This isn't an issue with other browsers. I'm about fed up and ready to quit Firefox. I'm not "tech savvy" so if you respond use baby language. I'm operating on Windows 11.

I had to switch to a new Windows 11 laptop. I installed firefox my favorite browser. It has been a disaster. after 1 week of trying different settings I have been unable to log into Facebook, Ally Bank, Netflix and others. I have changed the delegated credentials from true to false and it doesn't work at either setting. I am either getting SSL errors, "Pardon the Interruption" on netflix and some sites just say "Unable to log you on". Please note that I can successfully log on all the apps on Edge.
