I like to save things and later go back and watch on Facebook. Lately I can not save anything. But I am able to save on my I Phone. Have I messed up my settings some way?

No, They are Blocking me the only way I can watch it is in troubleshooting mode, AND HAVE disabled the adblockers'.

I have changed my email address. My old one is CLOSED. I am unable to make any changes to my current Mozilla account because I am sent a code to my CLOSED email. I have run in to this with other accounts before. It doesn't make sense!

I had Firefox installed in English. After an update/renew (after a long period of not ever launching Firefox), it was displaying in French. I changed the preferred language to English in the Settings, and now I'm getting everything in a mishmash of English and French! (See the attach screenshot.) Even in the same panel, there is a mix of languages (e.g., under History, there's the "Search history" box, and below this, "Aujourd'hui" and "Il y a plus de 6 mois"). I cannot remove French from the language list, and English is already the preferred language.

Relevant information: This is a work desktop where my system settings are in English, but it is connected in a region that frequently uses French (Quebec) so some defaults for my organization might be in French.

Clicking on Firefox icon to log in I receive following message and gray screen. firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found " The procedure entry point Flush could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll." Followed by another pop-up. "Could not load XPCOM" There was an automatic up-date several days ago and I have had this problem ever since. Is there a fix?

I use Spanish/English dictionaries. I also use Web sites in English and in Spanish. I want spellcheck to detect the language and enable the proper spell check. I always had that ability in Safari, for example.

I have firefox for browser and when I open my browser to google. In website has google I type and go's to the top of firefox browser instead google search engine. Please help I want to search in the google search engine. Not firefox browser search engine. Thank you

I've been noticing a consistent issue specifically with Firefox causing my mac to black screen/shutdown involuntarily.

It happens specifically when I use the zoom-in function on firefox web pages (the pinch zoom).

Other times when it doesn't black screen, firefox would sometimes have this pixelated appearance (basically random squares interspersed around a web page at times) after I try zooming in.

Anything I could do to help prevent this problem?

After opening Firefox and then minimizing/closing it, there is a corner of an advertising page remaining visible on lower right of home screen. Normally an ad for something like Norton or similar. Can be eliminated by right click on title bar. How do I keep it from appearing.

The screenshot below shows exactly what happened to me yesterday when I was prompted by your Firefox pop-up window to update as I have done many times before without incident. Two minutes after clicking on the update request a pop-up window came on my screen with what appeared to be from Microsoft Tech dept. It had a warning message that my computer may have been hacked and a phone number that I must call. I had no choice then to call the number as my computer was frozen/locked. In addition, now my Norton software is suggesting I no longer have "internet Security" which would always say '"Firefox secured'"??? please help me understand why my internet is no longer secured by Firefox? Yesterday my websites would automatically sign me in when FF was started. Now, whenever I start FF, I have to sign into everything! Also, upon first startup of FF, it crashes! What has happened to FF???

I had an email [edited] @drowlin.tech which I no longer use. It was connected to a firefox account, which is now redundant. The email I now use is [edited] @gmail.com. I have tried to get the account closed, but security checks have prevented me from doing so. The same for the email [edited] @yahoo.co.uk, the firefox account it is connected to, is also redundant.

     Any help to close these accounts would be much appreciated.

Another problem I have is I had two aliases [edited] @relay.firefox.com and [edited] @relay.firefox.com used in an early version of Monitor both of which I want to discontinue. I haven't been using Firefox for awhile since i lost my old laptop and phone (to be exact its 4 years or so) and now im back on using it, but i was unable to log in to this exact account at first since this what was prompted when i try to use my password (image one), i did try ask for a password recovery which the same error appeared but for some weird reason after trying it on the mobile version it let me use the google login and im able to get access to it. but it still wont let me change password, add passkey or add 2FA. is this some weird issue going on or am i missing an email or something??

Firefox is not allowing me to use my prefered font for websites that I visit. This seems to have happend with a update to the browser as I never had a problem before. I do everything that is explained in the HELP section, but still fonts are choosen by the website. I do have "let websites choose their own font" unchecked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
