I've tried post in the thread 1287660 but it was closed. So, I opened this thread to continue about this subject and to answer the last question of the thread 1287660, at the same time. I was looking for about this subject and found the solution in the thread 1287660 - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1287660, but the link of v9.7.2 quoted there was shortened and it is not working to download the 9.7.2 Fox Reader version. I just opened a pop up that you sent - asking to choose a colour. I had no idea it would change the look of Firefox. Please could you instruct me how to change it back to how it was.

This green is not OK.

Hi there. I just now rebooted my Mac system after a crash. Thunderbird was the first application that I opened. However, even before opening Thunderbird, it automatically opened my Chrome web browser with an appeal to "help keep Thunderbird alive." (https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/115.0/appeal/) Unfortunately, what this did to me was to lose my ability to restore all my previously open windows and tabs from my pre-crash Chrome session. I was able to recover a few from "recently closed" in the History tab. But dozens upon dozens of other, older windows and tabs are now completely irrecoverable. This, as you can imagine, is not a happy thing.

When I open Thunderbird, I want to open Thunderbird. *NOT* my web browser. I've had occasional, similar issues in the past from other products, but I never expected to run into such behavior from a Mozilla product. Please change your practices so that this doesn't happen again. Thank you kindly.

Since about 2 weeks ago many AOL attachments are not opening (pdf.s are but others eg Word not). I have read thru' previous messages on this (in 2021) but turning off enhanced tracking has not fixed it. My attachments open in Edge and Chrome. Like others I would like to stay with Firefox but cannot live with this problem. Help please

Can someone please tell me how to answer questions asked, in emails to me, receoved from support helpers. In ~6 emails received so far, my only response option looks like clicking the "Mark It as Solved" button...I can't see how to answer, for example, that I'm using Debian Buster, with KDE. Also, jonzn4SUSE asked me to "see screenshot" of his SUSE distribution, but I can't see that image, nor a file attachment. Thanks again.
