For the last 72 hours I have been blocked from my accounts: codes change, passwords too (by either Mozilla, or Google or Microsoft. At 70 years old, two Covids-19 and living alone with a DPOC, this Christmas is being hell for me due to "technology"! bell

Could the tree of you please come to an agreement and automatically take care of my passwords/2-step verification/etc? Or send me another kind of authorization?I am a Brazilian journalist and professor in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Still lucid enough to work but memorizing became more difficult after 2 covid-19 for million of people. I am 70, live alone and am not complaining - but wished IT, IA and others would at least help me. On the contrary, I am uncapable of writing/talking with family and doctors due to what seems to be a tech conflict between the above mentioned providers.
