Hi,

When I log in to the LinkedIn web page, after a few seconds, my bowser freezes and hangs on. Every time i do cntrl+alt+del and try to connect again today,

I have already refreshed my browser. But problem still continous.

I do not encounter this kind of problem on other web pages.

How can you help me with this problem?

Every time I log in to gmail.com I need to enter my email address and then password, both manually.

The password is one of those super secure computer generated type.

I keep a copy of course, but is there a means by which I can have both these references ready to go please?

Message I get is "Secure connection failed". I go to help-->troubleshoot-->refresh. It usually works once then next time it is the same. I've tried troubleshoot-->troubleshoot but that doesn't help either, I end up refreshing and then back to square one. Appreciate your help to a non-techie.

I hate surprises like these! So far i trusted FF that after an update my layout would still be intact as was, but no they forced this black sh.. onto me as a background for the home page - and no alternative anywhere to switch this back to white or any other options. Do i want to install a plugin for this simple basic option - hell no, i'd rather get rid of FF as my default browser if you think you can play dictators too now. What i miserable attitude you people have. If you change for life )white) to dead (black) you might as well declare you are on your way out as a browser - or offer the option to change that bg color real quick

When Firefox downloaded the latest patches - 96.0 and 96.01 - my computer has stopped working properly. Websites won't load, everything freezes up, get error message "Not responding". I've tried a few things to fix it - virus scan, resetting systems to previous date before the updates, etc. Nothing has fixed this.

My firefox header has gone from clear to a horrible yellow orange which is hard to view . How do I reset or get it back to the way it was , I am 78 and not computer literate !

My firefox browser has been slow for a couple of weeks now. I've deleted many add-ons. I'm getting tried of fighting it. I search or click any thing and it takes forever. Most times it doesn't look like it's responding, but if I wait a few minutes it responds.

Hello! Firefox is now controlling the volume of my system via a volume fader that appears in the upper left corner of my screen. Also because of this- I can no longer use "control" button and my mouse to expand any images. In short- Firefox has taken over total control of my mouse. Hoping you can help get this back to normal! Thank you!

I have a lot of plugins. If I disable some plugins and enable them only when they're needed, will that reduce the burden they impose on every tab? Besides removing a bunch is there another solution? Would multiple virtual screens with different functionality (eg, one for word processing, another for graphics, etc) help?

I've encountered some websites that include a small graphic icon that appears to the side, usually at the 4 or 5 o'clock position, and remains stationary when the the webpage is scrolled. Customarily, the graphic icon leads to either a help feature or a chat feature when selected.

Unfortunately, this small graphic icon is intrusive and appears in any screen captures of the webpage on which it appears. Is there any way within Firefox that I can disable this graphic icon from appearing when I access the website?

I've tried selecting the graphic icon to see if there was an option to disable it from appearing, but no such option was available.

Please advise. Thank you!

This latest update has broken so many websites for me. I can't see areas of most of the websites I visit, getting a "You are not connected securely to this site" notice even though there's a certificate when I check and it's always for a different reason. One unsecure image or one unsecure content warning or something along those lines and it's driving me nuts! I can't use a private window because I can't sign into any sites with the private window. All I get is the spinning, working on it thingy.

There was a place where I could whitelist sites to override this problem but now I can't find it and if I can't do something about this, will have to use a different browser, which I don't want to do. Can someone give me an idea here on what to do to bypass this? I've trusted these sites for years. They didn't just all go rogue the minute this update came through!

since my upgrade a couple days ago, I have noticed a significant slow down of browsing. I don't know what you did but I can't deal with this. I need help or I need to switch browsers due to this. I have been using Firefox for many years but this is ridiculous. I need immediate help please.

Is not loading completely because of which i am having quit bit of trouble as this website use to work only in Firefox website only as far as I know. But now its total not working after i login it doesn't load the content in the website in only loads the header. I don't have any theme or extension in the browser but still after the it is not working please revert me on the subject as problem as promptly as you can Thanks & Regards Zeref Blaze

The screenshot/snipping tool was a great addition to Firefox and I use it regularly. However I'm writing a tutorial on Google Maps at the moment and it would be nice if I had the option to select the same region of screen each time as I invoke some of Google Map's tools. So ideally I could lock the selection rectangle position and also its dimensions as I snapshot each page to show the steps involved in using Map's tool. Preset aspect ratios for the selection rectangle would be useful also. Maybe it's possible to do all this already?
