Hi I am currently creating a Firefox plugin and I am trying to grab the data from the secure website certification to use and display to the user is this possible?

On my new PC with a fresh and fully up to date installation of Windows 10, Firefox tabs keep crashing for no reason.

Ticking all the boxes they give me in the crashed tab and hitting reload/refresh tab is unlikely to actually fix the tab. I have to hit that button at least 5 times to maybe get the tab working again and even then it's basically a coin-toss whether it actually gets fixed or not.

I have 7 firefox.exe.(number).dmp files with no way to upload them here but if there is an way to do that please let me know so I can provide additional data.

Please help me with this ASAP, I'd rather continue to use Firefox on my new machine than go back to Chrome. Thank you.

I was stupid enough to update to v90.0 and as per every update mozilla fucks up: my default browser is gone missing.

When I click the firefox link in my start menu a firefox opens. When I click a link in my email program, ANOTHER firefox opens.

This is so EXTREMELY frustrating! It happens _every_ time an unwanted, unneeded and bad update is shoved down my throat. Why ? why is this so? why does this happen?How do I fix it (again)?

I have used Opera for about a year.. before Opera I always used Firefox, Now that I want to come back to Firefox it does not keep me logged in on some sites like: google, Outlook, Paypal, etc, etc

In my privacy settings I've checked everything, and it says that Firefox is auto-filling in passwords... I need help please.

Help! In Firefox 89 (as in all previous) all open tabs lined up at the top (first screen shot). When I updated to 90, they disappeared and only one (current) tab shows up at bottom right (second screen shot). I cannot find a way to see all open tabs as before - only when I close the current tab will the entire lineup of open tabs show for a moment and then go back to the single current open tab. I can't work this way and it's driving me crazy. I've searched online, tried changing settings in about:config and nothing seems to want to put all open tabs back up top where they were. What am I missing? (More - I am trying to upload a screen shot and just get the spinning gear. The file is below the upload size limit. I'm going to try submitting this anyway.)

FBI's suggestion was to start with an IC3 Complaint. I forgot to tell you. They tried to erased the almost 100GB of evidence I have including the 18GB of devastating evidence against them. Well they infected 3 hardware devices I own hoping that I would insert the flash drives with the evidence in the computer and then they can wipe them clean. I lost 75GB but recovered 52GB from a back up scheme I had. Most important: Now I have them in the act of setting up their trap in my computer, plus I have 3 hardware devices infected with their code. One is a USB type A to USB type C adapter by Belkin. they know the whole thing. I spoke to their security all the way to their corporate offices. As you know they're also a defense contractor. The 2nd device is a 3.3 USB reader by SanDisk (Western Digital). I started telling them until they blocked me. So they only know their device was modify to do evil. But I didn't have time to tell them that 2 additional devices suffered the same thing. So, SanDisk thinks they are the only company. The 3rd device is from Kingston it's 3.0 USB card reader but but the time I finished with SanDisk I couldn't communicate with Kingston. Unless the security force from Belkin told them, they are unaware that their device was used for nefarious purposes by MS and GGL (But attempt to abbreviate.) Bottom line I have the dramatic footage of 18GB and 3 hardware devices. of their code. I hope these info gets to you. I have to take a tiny break. I have restored/retrieved all my bookmarks with no problem at all on previous laptops even after I have gotten rid of the one before. For some reason I cannot restore or sync and retrieve any of my bookmarks. through 3 laptops that have gone dead, this has never happened before. Are they all just gone for good and Im screwed or is there a way to get them back...sync and everything is not bringing them back like before.

A few minutes ago I had this error, I searched all over the internet but nobody gave a concrete solution.

I tried everything: clear cookies, reset firefox, etc.

The only person who gave a solution was to restore windows in a clean installation.

It turns out that for a rare reason my computer woke up with the time misconfigured, I configured it and tried to access some files that I had in google drive, but it showed that error and it had been trying to solve it for 2 hours. Well, it turns out that I had set the time wrong and instead of putting "AM" I put "PM" that is to say, it was 12 hours apart.

I configured everything again and with the correct time and that solved the problem, I hope someone will use this information.

i keep adding sites to my list of exceptions and mark them as Blocked, and usually when check again [as now] the list is empty. how do i stop this, why is FF losing my list? have i deleted something accidentally when zapping other items in my Manage Data list?

With the latest update of Firefox, some pages are loading but not showing contents after finishing the loading process. The result is an empty page showing the background color of the page itself.

I am using the latest version of Firefox (90.0.1) on a Mac with macOS Big Sur 11.4.

I am facing the same issue with my iPhone!!

Using Chrome on my MacBook does not cause any issues (Safari has the same problem!).

So, if I want to open a tab that exists in my current open Firefox to a new window, or a new private window(Good for accessing an alt account without logging out a main account), I have to right-click the taskbar icon for it, or the desktop icon, firefox's settings menu, or a keypress; navigate to the page, and log in.

It would be super convenient to send a tab to a new window or private window from right-clicking the desired tab, and selecting an option. Currently, (90.0..1), there is just a send to container option, which doesn't exactly accomplish what I am looking for.

This is purely QoL, but it would speed things up quite a bit.

After firefox 89 everything has gone silly making me mad here... I have 3 problems which I couldn't do anything about them.... Tried everything what firefox says.. Old firefox still running needs to be closed.....Firefox not responding and now Where ever I am on firefox black squares just flying around ., Part of the page goes and comes back it won't let me do anything... I can't even watch youtube.... Sick and tired of this firefox...The whole computer became useles fighting with these issues... I can't get in touch with anyone for help...Black flashing, flying squares is the latest problem just all of a sudden appeared on the computer after last update... Can anyone help please before I reset my desktop which I don't want to but....If I reset I will never ever touch firefox again....I wanted to get a screenshot but no way because Black squares flying around so fast...

I am currently using Firefox 90.0.2 (64-bit) on windows 10. The YouTube videos do not play since last couple versions of Firefox, But I can play them using Edge and Chrome. The loading icon spinning for ever and nothing happens.

This seems to be a new "feature" in a recent upgrade (90+?). It is a pain, particularly on a media PC as it requires using a keyboard.

How to turn this off and go back to the old behavior?
