After the last update { Version 84.0b1 (64-bit) } when i add a bookmark in the bookmarks folder ,the folder appears in the Bookmarks toolbar items how can i remove it ?

I have a Bookmarklet that draws a red border on all elements in the web page.

This works fine on Chromium-based browser, but when I run this in Firefox it starts drawing borders and then all of the sudden a number gets written on the page. Everything is gone and a number appears.

I don't know why this happens, every other Bookmarklet works fine. It might be the script I wrote but I doubt it because it works completely okay on Chrome.

Running this snippet directly inside the console works fine.

I am using Windows 10 and up until last week have never had any problem with Firefox. Now when I log into my Telstra account, I can see all the services available except Telstra Webmail. When I select Webmail I just receive 3 flashing square dots but the page will not load. I am able the access my Telstra Webmail from Internet Explorer but not Firefox. Telstra has suggested that I use Google Chrome instead of Firefox but I would prefer to use Firefox so hopefully someone can help me with this issue.

When my Firefox restarted after a Windows reboot it only restored the tabs in one window, but when I shut it down I had 2 windows open. I can't see how to restore the second window, other than going through my history. Having restored 1 window, restore session is not in the drop down menu.

I am having troubles using the web site "The Daily Wire" on this laptop running Windows 10. The site will either not open at all, or if it opens, the articles on the site won't open when clicked on. I have uninstalled and refreshed Firefox, same problem. The site works fine on my desktop PC when using Firefox, and on this laptop when running all other browsers. Any ideas?

Suddenly, a yellow icon with an explanation point in it has appeared over thee horizontal bars in the upper right of my tool bar section. When I click on it a warning reads "Reconnect to Firefox Account." I never knew I was not connected and since I'm able to write this, right here in a Firefox support group page with my account, I have a feeling I may still be conmected to my Firefox account. When I click on that warning icon I'm led to believe I should do something with this thing called Sync. I have to guess this is a Firefox software corruption or someone has hacked into Firefox and this is a phishing tool or malware.

How do I get rid of the yellow icon and the Sync stuff?

Does anyone know a telephone number or email address for Mozilla ?

Hello I had to reset my computer but it saved all my firefox data. I've tried to import the files to firefox to access my passwords but the files are json which it won't let me upload only .csv. How do I use this data to get my passwords?

OK, I hope you can help me. This is not exactly a problem because it may be due to my ignorance.

When I go to the "Get Help" screen for Firefox or Thunderbird the is a search area which allows me to search all the help articles. Problem is there are usually way too many possible answers.

I do not know how to limit the results.

Usually, the more you type the fewer responses. But with Mozilla's search the more I type the more I get.

Some sites use a Boolean symbol to limit responses (e.g. ^ for not). Some use all upper case to identify a Boolean request (e.g. NOT for not equal). I have tried both and they do not seem to work.

So, is there a way of limiting the search results in the Mozilla Help Search ?

I have used Chrome as my default browser until a Microsoft up date which would not connect Chrome from the desktop. At that time I made Firefox my default browser. FF will not accept my Amazon password. The option it gives me is to change the password. I do not want to change the password as it works fine on Chrome and also Edge. What can I do so that FF will accept my password?

how can I force my browser to redirect links that point to www.amazon.com to actually go to smile.amazon.com? I'm not wanting to BLOCK amazon, just enter through the proper access. most links are put into emails/documents as www.amazon.com and I want my browser to default/redirect to smile.amazon.com. if I can figure this out, I can also use this for other sites which support non-profits for traffic/transactions.

I want to restore part of a large bookmark library, say 100 out of 800. I have both HDMI and JSON backups but they seem to want to only restore the entire library. I seem to be constantly "loosing" segments of my bookmarks. Some time later, they seem to show back up.???

I am unable to import logins using a csv file even though I followed instructions and enabled that functionality on the about:config page. After choosing "Import from a file" I get a page with a yellow header asking me to enter my "Primary Password" to view logins. When I click the "log in" button to do this, immediately I get an empty page that says "No synced logins found."

My logins disappeared after I "refreshed" Firefox. Now I'm sorry I did that. I do still have the logins on a different computer (hence the csv file).

I shifted to Firefox from Google Chrome and now missing a feature. Almost all other Chromium based browser have this feature. It is Windows Hello integration. It's basically like when someone tries to see my password from saved password in browser a pop-up window arrives which verifies is it me who is trying to see the password or not by scanning my face (face recognition). I saw Firefox Nightly has this feature but since it updates everyday and requires restart so it is quite annoying for me. I wanted to know if is there any way to enable Windows Hello in Firefox stable build. NOTE THAT, I am aware of "master password" and not talking about that. I am attaching a screenshot of Windows Hello in Chrome browser.

Somehow, my view of the browser changed to a full page view of the active tab. I cannot find where to turn that off. I wish to go back to the normal view so that I can see my tabs at the top and my start menu at the bottom. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

After installing Firefox 84.0 (Mac), I no longer see the circular "reload page" tool on the address bar. Is this something I did, or has it really gone away? If it's gone, how do I force a page reload? If I screwed something up, any idea how I can unscrew it ;) ?

A long time ago when I was setting up my RasPi collection there was a Firefox version I saw called FireFox_ESR

I've since learnt that this is Extended Supported Release. (LTS in ubuntu parlance.)

Do such things still happen?

Firefox warned me that they had stopped a social media site from following me. GOOD but worrying, the warning came just after I failed to get into my bank account for the first time in four years. Which social media site was this? I do not use ANY?
