I have scanned my registry and found that it has wormed it's way into a lot of other programs and I want to take it out by editing my registry.

I have just installed the latest update. Immediately after that, the page in Facebook I was on (Frontierville) has been resized so that the frame with all the active icons now appears with most of the active icons cut off. There is no scroll bar, and navigating around the frame does not make the icons reappear. This initially occurred with the Windows version of Firefox but I thought it was a problem with my netbook screen, but now it has happened with the Macintosh OS update as well so it is definitely a Firefox problem (does not occur in other browsers.) I spend a lot of time with the various apps on facebook so if Firefox does not fix this problem PROMPTLY, I will be changing to another browser permanently

I recently started having problems with my bookmarks today. All bookmarks I had are gone, and when I go to restore, I get an error message stating, "Unable to process the bookmark file." I've read everything I can on how to find the files, and those files are not in the places listed. I had version 3.6.3, and tried updating to 3.6.4 to see if that would solve the problem, and it didn't. I've restarted firefox, and I've restarted my computer, and nothing's working. I'm also unable to bookmark any other sites. I have also tried running FireFox in safe mode, and I still have the same problem.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I updated my browser and flash. Before this I had no problems whatsoever with sound in flash videos. I was watching them just fine and then I installed the updates, and all of a sudden flash vids play fine, but have no volume. I tried adjusting the mixer volume on my system tray and nothing. I don't want to go uninstalling and reinstalling and losing years of settings because somebody couldn't code flash properly.

There are problems in Firefox sending attachments in Yahoo Mail that go back several years (earliest posts are from 2005). The problem doesn't exist in Chrome. There is no reply from Mozilla. Is the only solution to use Chrome?

Description

I have tried just about everything: - Cleared Cache and tried - No success - Disable addons and tried - No success - Open Firefox in Safe Mode and tried - No success - uninstalled Firefox and all personal preferences, reinstalled a clean firefox and then tried - No success.
