i receive an email and they have a link to open a video, when I click the spot to open the video I get this message

This is the last time I'm going to inquire about this topic. I will switch browsers bc Firefox touts their superior product with hundreds of complaints I just cant ignore further.

I USED to be able to close Firefox browser with confidence. Now I can expect to waste several minutes a hour/day logging back into my websites bc Firefox no longer remembers my login information..

I want ONE thing from Firefox, step by step by step instructions on how to put your browser back to the way it was before you'all decided to to "make things better".

for the past several months, FF has just been hanging when I attempt to open a website. sometimes it sits there for hours and never connects yet if I open Chrome, I have instant access. I have troubleshot, deleted and reinstalled FF, used safe mode to diagnose the problem. I have done everything I can think of, I even clear all history daily...and NOTHING helps. Sometimes I have no problems for weeks, then all of a sudden, I can't access the internet but ONLY with FF. I'm ready to just delete everything and never use FF again, but I like it and have been using it for 6 years. Chrome works 100% of the time....FF is hit or miss lately and I'm about done with it.

Hello! I have a problem that i can not solve, my setting bar and many more things are being whitened out for no reason. Please help me resolve this! Take a look at the Screenshots:

i am using a loaner laptop right now while i wait for my main laptop to be returned to me. i need my bookmarks so i downloaded the browser & went to log in. i can't find my password & apparently to reset it i lose all my bookmarks which is the ONE THING i need from firefox right now. i am fully logged into firefox on that other laptop (tho who knows now that i tried logging in on my new device). i can't risk losing all my bookmarks. i need some help here, but i couldn't even get help without creating a NEW firefox account. can someone send me a support email to reach out to?

I'm having trouble bookmarking individual item page at Lowes.com. Hoping someone can help me with this problem. I "used" to be able to save an individual item page I want research later from Lowe's in my Bookmarks. When I go to access it later I get this message:

However I can save the whole page showing “all” the items with no problems. This happens on both Macs, 2 different OS. I have deleted cookies, cache, history continually and nothing works. It happens in Safe Mode as well, I even refreshed FireFox and it still happens. It happens in Safari also.

So I ask myself why "now" is this happening when it never did before? Is there a setting I need to look at? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

when i go to Facebook i continue to get network errs and also in Facebook I keep getting something went wrong reload the page. I have disabled and deleted some add ons an even tried in trouble shoot mode and still i get it. I have tried every thing i know how even refreshed Firefox. I do not get it in Chrome and it has much of the same add ons or extensions. I tried to send a report to Facebook but you know how that goes.It is getting annoying Not sure if it Facebook and Firefox or just Facebook . But if ti is not happening in Chrome or edge that leads me to come to the conclusion it is Firefox

I loved Firebug and really miss it a lot. The one thing I have a had time with and having to "type manually" is when I select and element in Dev Tools related to CSS. When an element is highlighted and I click the + sign, it does not present the exact CSS code. See screenshot.

In Firebug, I could click that and the + sign and that same exact code would appear on the right. But it does not. It's some modified version and I always have to update the code.

If there something? Also, in Firebug, I could right click that element at the bottom and copy it. I cannot do that. It doesn't allow me to copy it.

This is really slowing me down and I don't like to use a lot of add-ons in the browsers. Thanks in advance.

The tabs are crashing. I can't use Firefox. I'm witting this on my phone. I don't know what to do. I tried to remove all the files of Firefox, but I can't, I need permission. Try to reinstall Firefox, I get the same thing. Nothing works.

Dzień dobry, nie mogę uruchomić uwierzytelniania dwuetapowego, za pomocą aplikacji Google Authenticator. po zeskanowaniu kodu QR i utworzeniu konta Firefox w aplikacji podane kody są odrzucane przez system. Miałem już aktywne logowanie 2-etapowe, ale usunąłem je, ponieważ chciałem zresetować aplikację i tę funkcję. Tym razem funkcja nie działa. Proszę o pomoc. Maciej Jeziorski

Have not been able to log on to a few sites (all financial base: bank etc) since approx April 2023 Have done all the dirty dozen: cache/update FF/reset/ disabled ad blocks etc.) and still no luck: had to revert back (after about 10 years) to safari (ugh) scoured back in archives for similar problems but found no answer. Does anyone have any idea? (i have not upgraded my mac os 10.14.06 and require itunes to remain) Thanks

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

In the attached images, I have shown what I am seeing on Firefox, compared to what I am seeing on several other browsers.
