When trying to update Firefox on my Linux Mint system, I saw this in settings:

Updates disabled by your system administrator. Well, I am the administrator. I checked and I have administrator privilege, and I would not have disabled updates. How to I convey that to Firefox so I can update my browser?

I'm trying to reset my Firefox account password. I know my password is correct, because I just signed into my Firefox account with it.

Every time I try to change the password however, it tells me my old password is incorrect. I know it's not incorrect because as stated, I just signed into my account with it.

Not sure exactly how to fix this one, any suggestions welcome.

When I select an item in an amazon page I get script that is overlay on the page. When I try to watch a movie (on website flixhq.to) it gives me error code 232011 and then i change the server my subtitles don't work. I tried different websites but the same thing happens. I've done all the troubleshoot methods possible. I only have this problem on my laptop, when i use this website on my phone it works properly. I've never had a problem with this website before ,this all started beginning of this month. Someone please help me fix this!

Websites and their pages slow way down when I have Malwarebytes Browser Guard turned on. This only started a couple of months ago, I had no problems before then. Could this be an issue with the Malwarebytes browser guard or a Firefox update? Thanks for any help you can be, Larry

I try to open "weverse.io" but it doesn´t work... I can open weverse.io/account, m.weverse.io/bts/artistpedia and weverseshop.io/ but not the official website. And I don´t know what else to do. I´ve uninstalled Firefox and downloaded it again, i´ve deleted cookies, cache, DNS cache and other delateable things, checked my security system and deactivated ghostery... I´ve got the same problem with edge and chrome. The browser from Avira works... I don´t understand why it doesn´t work with firefox anymore. Edge tells me "Hmmm...this website is not available right now. The connection appears to have been disconnected from weverse.io." Maybe that´s helpfull... Does anybody have an idea what I can do?

Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.

I have a number of websites which send me notifications. If I let the notification sit for about 20 seconds or longer, then when I click on it, no web page comes up. It disappears as if I had clicked dismiss. Similarly, within that 20 second time., if I do click dismiss then the web page comes up anyway. Is there a setting that can affect this? Or is this the way it's supposed to happen?

Firefox updated and Yoroi wallet has stopped working. Failed to access storage. Yoroi needs to access to storage ("IndexedDB") to properly manage wallets. Your browser may either not support IndexedDB or it may be disabled due to your privacy settings (such as private browsing) any Ideas ? my regards

I'm not sure that I can get any help with my problem but I need to try. Always after a format of my PC when I reinstall new windows and log in to my Mozilla account my saved tabs come back with my account. This time it didn't happen. Can I get any data restoration or something like that? I formatted my PC on November 21. Can I somehow get them back from one day before?

My old email address, "jonnikhan1547@sbcglobal.net" is no longer active. I need to change my log-in to Steam and other apps, as well as my old password (which I've totally forgotten).

I have this invasive purple Firefox icon that state that "firefox is capturing your screen". I hate it because it looks suspicious. I need it disabled and completely off. Otherwise, I have to get firfox uninstalled from my computer. I can't have something that I don't have control over. unacceptable.

Is it possible to recover information according Sync to the recorded date(For example, the possibility of choosing to selectively retrieve Sync information from : a day ago.or 1week ago or 1 month ago.....)?

Or is there only one date and that is the last backup date? I want to use a new computer and there is no data from the previous computer's hard drive

I recently changed computers. Even though my website favourites were copied to the new computer, I have noticed some are missing. Is it possible to print out the favourites from my old computer so that I can compare the two lists? I still have the old computer.
