Firefox isn't loading anything, not even the about:configs page, this happened out of nowhere, i tried reinstalling it, restarting it but nothing is solving the problem, im using the lastest version btw

I'm trying to access a video on meethook.live. I did so in 2021 using the Firefox browser, but for some reason, it won't work anymore. The kind people at Meethook.live suggested using Chrome or Safari, but I don't want to use either of those browsers. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to change any settings to make it work. I tried a few security settings, dropping a few protections I had set up, but that hasn't helped. Can you suggest anything?

UPDATE: when I use the troubleshooting method, i.e, WHAT HAPPENS is it appears to be trying to work, but it's on again, off again, with more than one extension appearing to be the problem. Very mystifying. The only time the problem is completely fixed appears to be when I close all the extensions. (So far.)

HELP!!!!

When I open YouTube, the search videos all show an image. Then when I select one, for the last two days now, that ("front page) image is gone - although the video plays OK.

When I us my Chrome browser the video I've selected begins playing the instant I open the video; even when I've opened the link in a new tab.

I reset my PC and reinstalled Firefox last month, but my bookmarks were never recovered after I logged in my Firefox account. A couple of months ago I installed Firefox on another PC (to which I no longer have access) and it showed all the synced bookmarks, but this time it doesn't. What should I do? Thank you

I generally go here https://www.tafesa.edu.au/ and select 'learn' and log in there. Now I just get a window saying 'Taking you to your organisation's log in page' and circling dots and it stays there forever. That window is, I think, from Tafesa. So it sounds like a Tafesa problem.

BUT: I use Edge and it all goes smoothly and I log in. Which sounds like Firefox is not handling something from that site.

Anyone got any ideas on what i could do to get Firefox working on this?

I used Speedtest by Ookla. When the broad band was installed, the technician did this without a problem. Today when I tried I was taken to an installation page. After I used the SpeedTest, then my main page was gone and instead I have a bar of Firefox selected options. I've tried to find how this is done so I can set it back but I can't find it. Please help.

I got a new Acer laptop with windows 11 (64bit). I downloaded FF but when I open it, it just gives a blank page. If I type in an address nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling but nothing seems to work

I got help with this from your group some weeks ago, but I had to reinstall my Ubuntu OS (linux v.20.04.4 -- using firefox) recently and can't recall the answer.

When I view a WikiSpecies list of file names (e. g., see https://species.wikimedia.org/wiki/Pentatominae), the instances which have been installed but never used should be in a different (reddish) color. I am attaching an image of a page containing a file named "Abadia" (first one on the left, just under "A") which is unused. I also am attaching an empty "Creating Abadia" which is the result of clicking on "Abadia".

Please tell me how to change the image of an unused, empty file. I recall that there were two different choices SOMEWHERE in the system, "Always" and "Never" I think: One of them forces a system-level color pattern which includes reddish unused items; the other allows the used to program arbitrary displays such as the above (typical example from the dconf editor is 'bg_color: #f0f1f2; selected_bg_color: #023C88', but this editor does not change the appearance of a file instance.

After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Al those other solutions you guys give like clear cache disable en able etc don't work and take hrs of time

I recently purchased a dell refurbished computer, I set it up went and downloaded fire fox without any trouble. I restarted computer today and it would not accept password I called DiscountcomputerDepot.com help and they helped me to restart and they told me they would have to reinstall windows from computer. So I lost all my programs. when it restarted said would have to update windows. I always use the current Firefox on two Macintosh browsers running OS 10.14.6.

Recently (in only one of the computers), if I download a file, a pane containing recent downloads opens in the upper left-hand quadrant. This is distinct from the downloads portion of the "Library" area, and gets in the way of my ability to use Firefox efficiently.

I can't seem to find a way to keep this pane from repeatedly opening up as I download things. Can anyone help?

In the bookmark-bar in my Firefox-installation contains the soft-button for the function "Import bookmarks". I do not need this function always showed in the bookmark-bar. How can i remove it ?

I can't open a particular site i watch in private. I refreshed browser; I gave permissions off and then on or enhanced tracking off then on and neither nor changed anything. The website help desk that i tried opening verified password asked which browser and still it wouldn't open when putting correct information password and user name in. Any suggestions? I didn't do anything different and thought it was the website but i'm member and nothing's changed on their end.

Firefox starts but when I type into the search box nothing happens. My RoboForm link does not work and neither do the bookmarks. I have had to resort to using Edge to get onto the internet. Jim Klein

I am sick of the unannounced updates that occur without prompting me. Edge doesn't do this and I'm fed up with Mozilla unannounced updates. Going to uninstall Firefox because of unannounced updates.
