I frequently use the website Cookie Clicker. After Firefox updated, all the history/cookies for Cookie Clicker seems to have been deleted. I think that only the Cookie Clicker website has been affected... which sucks because I made a LOT of progress in that game. Is there a way to fix this, or am I out of luck?

Firefox can sync anything except logins and passwords between different devices. I have selected "Logins and passwords" at "settings-Sync-You are syncing these items across all your connected devices", but it still dosen't work.

somehow i found old firefox history and files and when i tried re-add a profile history got ERASED!!!!!!!! is there a way to get history back?????? (files are from 2017)

When I am using Firefox I am no longer having anything on the taskbar to open my Emails. How do I do this? I cannot open emails in order to put back on taskbar.

Frustrating experience trying to use Twilio Authy. Whenever I first installed it on my iPhone I was using Password1 and that is the only record it shows, with no obvious way to delete that entry now that I have dumped Password1 in favor of Bitwarden. Plus when trying to install on Linux Mint desktop it first wanted me to use Snap package but Mint uses Flatpak. Got it installed using default software manager in Mint, then when I wanted to authenticate it sent code to phone, but phone said already registered so no way to authenticate desktop version. Forget it ... I use my Yubikey for all my other 2FA and it works slicker-n-snot this Twilio thing is too much hassle comparatively. When Mozilla adds some other 2FA choices THEN I can use 2FA with FF, not this app. Ugh.

I want to install AdBlock Plus add on, verify it is in fact installed. Also [[;ace icon in taskbar. Also set it for NO ADS at all. Please, how do I do all that?

I use outlook to merge my emails from several different providers. Due to a software update, I had to login and confirm the IMAP password of on particular email provider (web.de). Somehow this failed (both in outlook and directly at the web.de website via firefox), and I reset my password for this email. Firefox did not allow me to login directly into my mail on the web.de website, whereas I succeeded to do so in Safari. I updated the new password in outlook, all good. I turned off enhanced tracking protection, cleared all cookies and history, restarted the computer and still cannot login to web.de via firefox. Any ideas?

After I refreshed my Firefox browser the toolbar has changed. When I load a webpage, for instance AOL, Facebook, etc. there is no "home" icon on the toolbar, only the Firebox icon. When I click on that it takes me to a page for a download of the mobile app. In order to go back to any of the options showing on my Firefox home page, I have to completely come out of the browser and go back into it. How do I fix this? It is very annoying.

I am wondering what if anything regarding settings, customization, data, etc is likely to break if I perform this update? THis has happened in the past and is why I turned auto update off. Should any intermediate updates be done to stepover/convert any of the data structures to a newer format?

I have a large (1/3 of screen) black section at the top of each of my Firefox screens for CNN which will move upwards if I scroll but never goes away. Only comes on CNN page. Don't know how to remove it? See image attached below. Very grateful for help in removing this black section of screen. It may be some sort of advertising section?

Before the latest update, I was able to open links (eg zoommtg:) but that quit working. I originally thought it was a problem with Ubuntu, but I tried in Chromium and it seemed to work fine. In addition to not being able to open links, I can't click on the "Show Folder" in the downloads dialog. This leads me to believe Firefox is having trouble communicating with the desktop.

• OS Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
• Firefox Version 114.0.1 (Snap)

Ideally, I'd like to find a log or some indicator as to why this is happening. It's quite annoying because I find myself doing a lot of copying and pasting of links and what not. Any help would be appreciated.

Received SSL error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_HANDSHAKE when attempting to communicate with JetBlue.com. JetBlue claims issue is with Firefox on my computer. When I go thru Google Chrome, I can communicate successfully with JetBlue with no error issues. I tried using your self-help screens, but find them of no benefit in resolving my problem. Can you tell me why these links will work in Chrome, Edge, etc; but not in Firefox? They are used for navigation on our website and our customers using Firefox are the only ones having issues. The links are not clickable for them.
