I'm scared af. Hundreds of password are saved on my firefox. My active logins were revoked and I had to reset the password to login to my firefox on windows. Turns out all my passwords are gone.

I have no email from firefox notifying of the suspicious login.

What I can do?

I am trying to establish that a Web site uses Extended Validation as described in [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/.../how-do-i-tell-if-my-connection-is-secure]. It says:

"For sites using EV certificates, the legal company or organization name and location of the website owner displays when you click the gray padlock."

Here is a site that I am highly confident uses extended validation. You can read this for more details on why this matters a great deal read this for more details on why this matters a great deal. When I click on the gray padlock, I get a simple pop-up that doesn't display the legal company/org name or location of the web site! But it does show a gray padlock, green text "Connection Secure", and a clickable right-arrow. I then click on "more information", then "View Certificate" to finally get org details...but I still have no idea if this is an EV certificate! The only clue may be the detail "Extended Key Usages" "Purposes: Server Authentication, Client Authentication". I want to conclude that this means this is an EV certificate, but I am unable to find any documentation from Firefox/Mozilla that proves that this is an EV certificate. I suppose I could phone the organization and manually verify their details vs. what it says on the certificate, but this is a lot of work! Worse, for large organizations that go by different names and addresses, it could be a legit connection to the org's Web server, but what they tell me on the phone still might not match what the certificate says.

Can anybody shed light on this? How can I easily verify that this is an EV certificate?

I am currently running Firefox 76.0.1 (64-bit) on Win 7.

Previously, Firefox made this easy by displaying a green padlock symbol. Some Firefox forks still do, such as the *current* version of Tor Browser which is 9.0.10 (based on Mozilla Firefox 68.8.0esr) (32-bit).

Why did Firefox stop displaying the green padlock?

My logins (username/email addresses & Passwords) are still available, even after I cleared "Everything" history; signed out of my Fox sync account; cleared "Cookies and Site Data".

So for example, after doing the above, I'm now logged out of my gmail account, but if someone steps in front of the computer I was using, runs Firefox, and goes to Gmail.com, they can see all the gmail accounts I have and can log in to them.

How can I remove all logins from the Firefox browser on the public computer?

Even I have already set my home page as www.google.com (or even blank page), my browser is still directed to this website: https://www.newduba.cn/?f=qd_foxdh&ft=gjlock&--type=0&pid=1000

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at newtrade.sharekhan.com.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
   If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

i am unable to use mobile hotspot right now. i am using mozilla firefox as my default browser, today afternoon i had used the interner with same mobile and laptop but right now i am unable to use interner it shows following msg

how do i tell firefox to pound sand and let me login to my website as admin even though it isn't encrypted - I need to login. Their info has not been helpful. Why do I have to ask the community about something they should be answering.

Can anyone tell me why facebook stopped loading? It's been sever days now and I have not made changes to my pc, it just sto0ped loading. I have just tried to disable the facebook fence in options thinking that would help. It did not and when I tried to reset it that option is not even listed anymore in options. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You. Jeff
