Hi, While writing an email online using Firefox 3.6.3, I was using one of the "CTRL+left or right arrow" to move the cursor along the text. I must have pressed some other key because the display has become huge - and I can't scroll vertically or horizontally, which makes using the Mail pages of Hotmail impossible. I have since logged in using MSFT Explorer and it works fine. This problem occurs only on the Mail page of Hotmail Live not on the home page or others. Could you please let me know if this is a problem with Firefox, or if you have any advice on how to reset the appearance of Hotmail in Firefox?

I am online tutor. And today i got a problem . Images are not getting loaded and also many things are not getting loaded. But when i use internet explorer i don't have that problem . I have inadvertently set a "no photo" option on Facebook, saved through Firefox, and can find no means of resetting it, short of an uninstall. I've uninstalled FF, but saved settings with the weak hope that the ONE I don't want will be eliminated. I remember right clicking on a photo I didn't want and being given the option to hide photos through FF. But I only intended it for one acct on FB. It has thoroughly eliminated ALL photo images on FB, of myself and other users. What a pain!! I will now reinstall FF, and if it doesn't work, I'll wait to see if you guys email me any help, which would be greatly appreciated.

My notebook recently damaged, I cant access anything now, the only way to access it, is to format & install new Windows. For now I'm with my new notebook, all my Mozilla Firefox bookmarks & saved data from the old notebook is gone. But, I'm still have the old notebook's hard disk & using it as external hard disk. So I am wondering what's the destination to all my Mozilla Firefox bookmark folders, so I can backup & have all my bookmarks back?

This happened after i update firefox newest update about 2 week ago, when i opened 4 tabs or more after several times firefox freeze then continue, after that crash and and message appear contact microsoft not monzilla, i think my sytem error so i reinstall my windows and download new firefox, but still crash... i checked mem Usage is very high, it's never happened at older version even i opened 7 or 8 tabs, so please fix it at next version.. for info i use old P4 with 256mb mem and windowsXp sp2 system ... no viruses on my PC because protect by Kapersky and AVG and fresh after reinstall !!

I received msgs that my version was not supported, to upgrade to 3.0.19. The upgrade failed and deleteda the old Firefox.exe; now no browser. I downloaded the 3.6.3, can I install over the older, corrupted version and use my old profiles?

I constantly get messages that say I am not using the latest version of Firefox & then do not display properly. I am using v3.6.3 & get this message on a lot of sites I visit.

Just noticed that in the guesses shown below -even this thinks I am using v2.0 Firefox version, which is not correct.

when ever i put in an address or click on a site a "Set Web Site Rule" window pops up asking if i want Firefox exe to allow some function to occur. it does not seem to be security related but rather simple functions. Step 1, step 2 , blah blah . "Set Web Site Rule" window is annoying. how do i shut off this function it popped up more than a dozen times to connect to even this web site? then i had to click it another dozen plus times to get the next mozilla site open !!!! ??? if firefox does not know what it is doing how can i??????

My Address Bar search has changed from the Google default to Yahoo and the Reset option provided under Help doesn't work. If I had the exact value to enter, I believe I could circumvent the issue.

I got a problem with firefox: when a go to youtube, twitter,... it said me to upgrade my firefox. If I look on 'About Firefox' in my browser, it said: version 3.6.3. I would like instal an add on but it said that my version isnt compatible. So I think that I have a problem with the detection of my version of Firefox by website. After Firefox opened the information bar telling me they blocked a pop-up window I inadvertently clicked the option link and deleted the information bar from coming up again. How do I reinstate the information bar that shows the prevention of opening a pop-up window?
