The BBC News Front Page has a ticker that shows the latest headlines. With IE this is presented as a band of text with a button to pause/play and next and previous buttons. With Firefox the ticker shows as several lines of small text with text in place of the buttons for stop, previous item and next item. The news items do change but the presentation is wrong. I had to re-install Firefox recently and am now on a later version than previously when I didn't experience this problem.

(1) The affected site is an online shop in HK. In the "ReturningCustomer" area, there is a text field for "E-MailAddress" and "Password". These text fields are not active in Firefox, so I cannot sign in. (2) Other menu types on the site appear to be working fine. There are no errors in the status bar. I played with some of the privacy and cookie settings but nothing worked. (3) I am able to sign in to this site with InternetExplorer and GoogleChrome. Cheers :)

Whenever I go to sites, the pages look awfully wrong, sometimes it's just text, sometimes it's text and images but other things are missing. Everything was working fine last night, I didn't install anything new either. The only site I can see working correctly at the moment is google.

I have an account with A Weber and want to edit a web form in Firefox but am unable to as the text editer will not display in Firefox, I contacted A Weber support and they said try a different browser and I did and this works but it does not work in Firefox yet all my cookies and settings are like they should be is there a fix for this, I have Windows XP

When I sign in to Google groups, then select one of my groups, I get into an "infinite redirect loop." The page hangs, "Redirecting" appears in the page title, and at the bottom it says (alternating) "waiting for google.com" or "waiting for groups.google.com". I have Firefox 3.6.3, which I think is latest and greatest.

You go to the Google Groups help forum, look at "Is something broken" discussion, and look further for "Infinite Redirect Loop." This may be a problem that only affects moderators.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with Firefox, Google groups, or the interaction.

On pressing the log in button on hdfc bank website, it goes to a blank page. Earlier it took me to the log in page. This has been happening for the last 3 days

I have 2 gmail accounts. 1 works properly, the other does not - but I can use it fine with Safari. All settings are the same. What do I do?

When login into GMAIL it appear inside a small frame on the upper right corner I Tried to Disable all Addons and Plugins, I Tried to delete cookies and cache, I Tried to upgrade display driver, I tried changing resolution, nothing help.

Our in house Bugzilla is very old. It will be some time before it is upgraded. Firefox 3.6.4 does not work with it, so we need to down grade to 3.6.3. Where are the previous version binaries?

I'm having problems in different websites. Certain text show up as if the encoding was messed up. Either in the page itself or in forms from pages, such as this one. Good day, I had originally only been using IE and started my blog using it. About a year ago or more I switched to firefox for obvious reasons..I was fed-up with IE crashing etc. Its worked fine for me except whenever I look at my blog now its out of alignment terribly and I am little skeptical to try to change it as I see it perfectly in IE browser. I also would not like to irreversibly change anything with my layout and being as I'm not as "tech-savy" as many bloggers are, I'm a bit reluctant to do anything on my own. I could not post a message on and use some tabs of Google Groups. Even from Google groups homepages, I could not access to a certain group by clicking the link. I've already updated the latest version of FF 3.6 but still encounter the problems. Interestingly, I can do all these tasks with IE.

Website www.msnbc.com does not have the usual items under EXPLORE. They are there in IE but not Mozilla. They used to be but have disappeared. Reboot does not help.

After latest update of Firefox, application start up became slow (x3 longer that IE). when trying website with lots of js and pics such espn.com, browser hangs.

This did not occur until yesterday when the new version of firefox came out. I updated all the appropriate programs, I am also having a problem getting you tube to go to full screen. This occurred at the same time. It has to be connected to the new version of firefox
