I can not go to Spectrum, VRBO, my credit union and other web sites and fill I out any forms since the last update. What can I do? It's bad enough that I had to start using Chrome to get anything done

Just updated my Firefox. I had a huge tab group saved, and tons of bookmarks. I've been using firefox for months, I didn't have an account signed in on the browser though. I updated it and it had to restart, and everything was gone when it reopened. I even clicked that it should reopen tabs after restarting, but it just opened to tell me to make a profile. It told me that they just introduced profiles, and it put me on profile 1, which looked brand new. No browsing history whatsoever, no bookmarks, my background that I set is gone, and I cannot find anythign at all. I had over 50 bookmarks, inclyding very imprtant links for a final paper, and I'm genuinely so upset. Multiple of those bookmarks were things for me to go back to read/watch later and I will literally not be able to find them. If anyone has any tips at all, I'd love them. I am so seriously upset right now and I'm just hoping its possible for that to come back.

Hallo, ich finde auf deutsche keine Support-Seite um eine Frage zu stellen. Auf meinem alten WIN10 Pc lässt sich Firefox nicht mehr starten. Ich öffne es aus der Taskleiste oder von der Verknüpfung auf dem Desktop. Es tut sich aber nichts. Ausführen als Admin hilft auch nicht Ich hab dann über den Taskmanager geschaut ob das Programm im Hintergrund läuft. Dort wird es auch nicht angezeigt. Ich hab dann Firefox gelöscht und neu installiert. Aber das hilft nichts. Ich habe keine Ahnung was ich sonst machen kann. Über Google findet man dazu absolut nichts. Alles hat funktioniert aber von einem auf den anderen Tag ging nichts mehr. An meinem Anitvirus-Programm kann es NICHT liegen. Auch mit deaktiviertem Antivirus-Programm startet Firefox nixht mehr. Bitte um technischen Support. Danke

Hello, I can't find a support page in German to ask a question. Firefox won't start on my old Windows 10 PC anymore. I try opening it from the taskbar or the shortcut on the desktop. But nothing happens. Running as administrator doesn't help either. I checked the Task Manager to see if the program was running in the background. It's not showing up there either. I then deleted Firefox and reinstalled it. But that didn't help. I have no idea what else I can do. I can't find anything about this on Google. Everything was working fine, but then suddenly it stopped working. It can't be my antivirus program. Even with the antivirus program disabled, Firefox still won't start. Please provide technical support. Thank you.

I have made a fresh install of Windows 11 from Windows 10, and after logging into my account everything syncs, apart from my bookmarks. As i have made a fresh install, i deleted all of my old files on the computer. Is there any way to get my bookmarks back?

Firefox crashed with many open tabs. I went to History > Recently closed tabs > Reopen all tabs, clicked. Nothing. The list showing only very few of the tabs I had open, but none of them are restoring anyway.

I have just bought NordPass password manager after seeing it the best recommended on a website. Then I find that Firefox does not recommend it. Does Firefox have a password manager ?

My laptop got damaged this morning and now that I am logging into Firefox with my new laptop its not syncing anything. Many years of bookmarks and stuff is just gone. Is there any way to get it back?

For some reason, the Menu Bar kept coming up, even after I disabled it. I tired a few about:config things, the one that seemed to work was to disable the ALT key. But I still can't click anything in a game with my mouse while firefox is open. I have two monitors. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I've looked around the internet and I can't seem to find my exact problem. Please, please help!

I only get that damn "JSON, Raw Headers, Data" screen when I try to go to gamestop's website. HOW do I fix this? This is only the latest in a long string of stuff your browser does badly, and if not for the fact you are the only browser Youtube cannot block ad blockers on, I would have tossed your browser a long time ago.

It's 2025, and the only way to select an audio output device when using Google Meet seems to be to change the system's default.

Assuming you listen to music during your day, from your PC, this means switching back and forth a few times during the day, just to switch meeting audio output to the headset for calls.

This doesn't seem to be a problem for Google Chrome (or derivatives). You can choose an audio device there in the web application, and it does remember this over sessions. Awesome.

Guess what I am using for Google Meet then. Not Firefox.

I really like Firefox. I do support Firefox. Also financially. But seeing all kinds of efforts into AI, VPN and other stuff I don't use and care about, but having a basic browser feature missing, I really wonder if that's the right decision.

So please, whoever prioritizes stuff: get the basics, the daily features, working smoothly, before venturing off on new hipster stuff. Because if you miss out on the basics of the browser, you might end up with neither an accepted browser, nor any new hipster stuff.

Even with just 1 tab open, Firefox is killing my laptop battery.

Win 11 PC laptop.

In background, it is using 40% to 50% of the laptop battery. I need much better performance from it. I have already turned off any settings I can find regarding Firefox's background functions. When I quit Firefox I want it completely off.

How can I do that?

I don't want to go back to Microsoft, but if you can't Fix my Issues. I might be Uninstalling your Browser and go back to Microsoft.
