Normally Firefox sponsor ads on home page occasionally inserts an new ad. I will support some occasional ads by clicking on the new ad to give Firefox 'click credit' then deleting new ad. Today when I delete the new ad another pops up 10-15 times an will not stop. That is too much. I do voluntarily support Firefox with monthly donation.

How do I stop the constantly returning ads?

youtube goes fulscreen but not in the richt way i can see the video fully but it does not cover my sreen fully an the under part of my screen it is not posting see image for a better picture

I've tuned in to Firefox this morning to find that I'm kind of shut out, no access to my usual apps, and required to enact some difficult backing up etc. When I explore, it seems to relate to Windows 10 losing its backup from Microsoft. But I'm running Windows 11, not 10. What's going on? Is this legitimate? If so, why is it complicated and why wasn't it forewarned (by Firefox)?

I've tried messing with hardware acceleration, resetting the zoom to 100, it seems when i get the zoom as low as possible it tries to fall back into place, i can't find any fix on this, i like this browser but i cant watch anything like this

I have the latest version of Firefox. I still keep getting the prompts to download the latest version. When I go to system info, it shows I have the latest version it is asking me to download. When I do a manual search for the latest version, it always says it failed to search for the latest download.

Hi. Cannot seem to figure out how to remove 3 Mozilla Firefox notifications appearing vertically up the right side of my windows 11 LG gram laptop. They are covering up part of the mozilla dropdown window when I click on the 3 little lines in the upper right hand corner. Sorry, not very good at explaining this. 'I am running fiefox version 147.0.3 in MacOS version 26.2. Every second time I start the program firefox tries to take 15GB of memory. The process does not respond (as this is equivalent to more than the memory available plus the swap space). I have to kill the process and the second time the program has standar memory needs. Mozilla made an update of my Firefox installation on my Win11 laptop. all my password disappeared as well as my history and bookmarks.

I have now a virgin installation and is starting from scratch.

Now I get this error message: "This profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create a new profile." I deleted met shortcut and I opened Firefox by using Windows search. Now I see 4 profiles! I think I do not need to create a new profile. Maybe delete 3 of them ? What to do ? And, how?
