Hi, ok, so my computer just randomly updated my Firefox Browser and now all of my bookmarks, saved passwords, extensions, themes, and history is gone. I used the links on the support website, but they were not helpful at all. I am logged in with the same account I was originally logged in with prior to update 149.0 (logged in with gmail). When I sync data in settings, it automatically imports my Safari and Chrome information (which is not what I want). I try to import my bookmark and password history from the saved HTML and CSV files under Mozilla Firefox, but I don't have the ability to do so, as the files are essentially 'greyed' out. I have tried every step to troubleshoot and every link that is related to my issue listed on Mozilla's support with no success. I have even searched my issue on Google and Reddit. Please help!!

I've gone to my Firefox Library window, but the entire page is blank. The table gives no entries for Name, Tags, or Location. Lines below (Name, URL, Location, Tags, and Keyword) are empty.
Searching my MacBook Air I found my Firefox Profile folder. In it there's a folder ending in "default-release". That folder contains a folder called "bookmarkbackups" containing files with titles indicating recent backups.

I tried going to see if i had the wrong profile and that was not the issue. I tired recovering the bookmarks in the manage boomarks option but there were no backup files.

I updated my Mac with the latest software install today and when I opened Firefox it didn't restore my tabs. I got stuck in a loop where it would not update to the current version of Firefox. I uninstalled Firefox and re-installed it and LOST EVERYTHING. I AM FREAKING OUT because all my bookmarks are lost and I don't even know what they are - I have tried to restore bookmarks and it goes back to 2022 and 2023 and when I restore nothing happens. ANYONE SOMEONE please tell me you know how to help me find my stuff otherwise I am cooked.
