MY FIREFOX IS HAVING AUDIO ISSUES. THE VOLUME INCREASES BY ITSELF IT HAPPENS USUALLY IF I ENTER OR EXIT FULL SCREEN MODE, OR IF THE VIDEO OR MOVIE STOPS TO BUFFER FOR A MOMENT IT WILL COME BACK ON AT 3 OR 4 TIMES THE VOLUME. ITS A IRRITATING REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IVE TRIED SETTINGS, AND UPDATES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO FIX IT. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN ON ANY WEBSITE I USE. (YOUTUBE, SEVERAL MOVIE WEBSITES AND CARTOON WEBSITES. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY READJUST IT IN AND OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING I WATCH. HOW DO I FIX THIS ?

Со звуком и в наушниках не работает звук: TikTok или YouTube и другие сайты, которые нужен звук, и потом я хочу просто сам это сделать и, может быть, помочь. Все мы станем на своём движке, а все браузеры. Опера, Яндекс, и чтобы картинка в картинке работала. Покадрово, ну, может быть, найти кого-нибудь. Интересный кадр, и в игре это будет видно заметно, и я просто изучаю. Новые технологии, спасибо за ну такую программу, как «Фаерфокс».

Whenever I'm on X or Instagram (websites that displays feeds with media), the auto-play video feature sets the volume to the maximum even though I just set the volume to a lower level: like, if I set a Reel or a X (Twitter) video on the feed that was auto-played while scrolling to like 15% volume, the next one will auto-play in the max volume apart from me setting it to low. I already tried to use the Zen Site Volume Manager extension, but it only broke Twitter, blocking me from playing the videos or breaking the page completely.

title sums it up mostly. I've entered troubleshooting mode; no discernible difference. When I switch profiles the issue is resolved even with the same YouTube account. Tried clearing the cache, nothing. Most recent version of Firefox, windows 11.

I'm running the latest version of Firefox on the latest version of Windows 11, and I'm trying to watch TV shows on PBS's Passport service. I get the video but not the sound. It's been like this since Saturday. I don't have this problem at all with Chrome or Edge. Is anyone else having this problem? JT

I think everyone knows how to get out of full screen mode by now, so can you either remove it or let us disable that little box that always shows when you go full screen for a video?

for any website playing a video, if i skip ahead or go back, the audio breaks. Its not a smooth transition like chrome. It is like it suddenly cuts off the audio and then begins at the skipped ahead point.

Hello Firefox support. I'm having trouble joining meetings in calling applications where I stream my screen from my laptop. I tried several different applications on my Windows 10, and unfortunately, in the Firefox browser, the audio doesn't work at all in various different applications, which reveals that the problem isn't the app. I couldn't find help in Mozilla support, so I'd like to know how I can stream my screen (either full screen or in browser, etc.) along with the audio so that everyone in the meeting can hear the sound of my computer. Hello I am using Google Flow on my Linux PC and when going to edit scenes I get an error about a missing Codec. If I use Brave browser works fine so this makes me think this is not an OS issue but browser.

Hi. Every time I go into youtube, the sound cuts out after about an hour. I then have to go to settings, volume mixer and Mozilla Firefox and click on the X to get the sound back. Youtube has assured me this is not their problem, but a Mozilla one. I've been with Firefox for many many years and have never had this problem. Could you please advise me as to what to do about this ? Thank you.

It seems to be related to video playback but not sure. It was happening while a video was playing full screen, and also after stopping playing/hiding a non-full-screen video.

To catch the issue had to screen record at 240fps. I used Nvidia Overlay to record the issue, but was happening before the overlay was even enabled.

Disabled all addons, made no difference. HW acceleration on or off, still happened.
