I need to access the official site for the water institute in the country of Panama and keep receiving the following message Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.idaan.gob.pa. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I could access it until about 1.5 years ago when I used it a lot. Now I cannot access it anymore but this is an official governmental site www.idaan.gob.pa so why cannot it accessed now? I cannot access if from any of my devices, including those with the most up to date windows and Apple versions.

What do I need to do? contacting the institution is out of question as the site works OK in that country, so it is a FireFox problem outside of the country. Please help. Thanks, Helena

I'm trying to add the Adobe Acrobat extension for some forms since I prefer it over the app, but it does not seem to be available in Firefox's extension add-ons. The instructions I found from Adobe themselves don't seem to account for the most recent version (unclear which version I have, I got it off the microsoft store) and there's a FAQ board saying the extension is only available for versions 73 and older. Is it simply not available for me or am I not looking hard enough? Thanks!

My mail checker extension isn't working right in Firefox. Extension Link I was able to find an error using Developer Options but I don't know if the error is even related to the extension or if it is even useful. If anyone would help me, I would be very grateful.

The Firefox stable desktop taskbar shortcut issue unresolved for many months. Every time clicking on the Firefox taskbar/start shortcut is non responsive or it gives the error class not registered. Firefox nighly/developer do not have this issue. Fujitsu laptop, Widows 11 lates upgrades. Please fix.

I have been using Easy Screenshot for years. Today I tried taking a screenshot and it opened a huge copy of the rectangular image I wanted to save in a new tab. Then there was no visible way to save the image. I used to get the option to save the image file in the same tab as the image I wanted to save. Took a screenshot and saved in Paint to show the contents of the Firefox window that image is huge and should have been 4 inches wide at most. Also the lack of how to save the image.

I'm wondering if this a because of the latest update. Firefox 147.0.1 X64 desktop WIN10 22h2 with ESU

When I tried reporting the problem on the add-on page the website it tried to connect to was not working so asking here for help.

I recently added an entry to my hosts file but Firefox seems to ignore it. I'm using v. 128.5.1esr, fully updated. I've tried a lot of the advice online and none of it seems to work. Here's what I've tried:

disabled "Enable DNS over HTTPS Cleared the DNS Cache changed "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy". tried troubleshooting mode set network.trr.exclude-etc-hosts to true changed browser.fixup.dns_first_for_single_words to true changed network.dns.offline-local to false restarted FF, rebooted computer

It doesn't work in Chrome either, which makes me wonder if it's a Windows 10 issue. Any suggestions?

For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

I'm on OS Windows 11 and the latest version of FF (133). I also use NordVPN; I can access the web via Edge and Chrome with VPN, but for the last month, it doesn't work with FF. What could be the problem?

when I try to use face book messenger for video calling I receive the message "video calling is not supported by this browser" I have never had this problem before I agreed to Firefox as my default browser. Is Firefox not compatible with face book?

I have firefox as my default browser with Bitwarden extension. I use yahoo and sign in for browser. I also have outlook for email. Maybe a month back, when signing into yahoo, I would type in the first few letters and bitwarden login options would appear. They still do but selecting one seems to do nothing now. If I open bitwarden and try autofill from the login file, it says it cannot autofill, items must be copied and pasted. Its odd that in yahoo home page login the options appear but do not autofill as they used to maybe a month ago.

I have always used facebook messenger to video chat with friends, however suddenly it says tis facility is not supported by this browser. Do I have to leave firefox to find a browser that works?

I see that other people have raised this point,but there does not seem to be a response from firefox.
