After the last Firefox, it has blacked out all the short videos on facebook. I looked up the issue on youtube and several people are having the same issue. I followed some of the advice and unchecked a few boxes and it worked for a few times, and then went back to blacking out the videos. Tried two other browers and there is not problems. Go back to Firefox and the videos are blacked out.

when I try to open Firefox I get the following message ERROR platform version '130.01 is not compatible with mini version 130.00 max version 130.00

This leaves me with 3 questions: 1. Am I supposed to know what this message in computer talk means, 2. Am I supposed to know how to restore Firefox to my computer, 3. Does this impossible to solve problem happen on Chrome

Please see attached. Somehow there are 3 instances of firefox on my pc. Using windows 11. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling new download. but get same error. Cannot use firefox but (excuse my language) i have to use Bing.

Please help.

i bought a GMKtec K12 Mini PC AMD Ryzen7 H 255 (Upgraded 8745HS) Oculink Support DDR5 and youtube videos at 4k 60 hz stutter big time when i log in to my youtube acount.i am a premium user.all driver are up to date.my intel laptops using firefox browser work perfect no frame drop whatsoever.i have bought 2 of this mini pc and bouth behaving same on firefox(i tried on all firefox browsers: F.NIGHTLY,FOR DEVELOPERS,ESR) I also have an laptop with AMD cpu and behave same: stutters on 4k 60hz. Recently i tried FLORP browser and youtube 4k 60hz works perfect until i log in to my youtube acount and then it starts stuttering and loosing frames big time so bad i even cannot watch the video.ive tried on trubleshoot mode ,started from scrtach with same results

I recently noticed that fields on all Web sites I visit have an extra horizontal line at the top of the prompt. Please see attached image. This only happens on Firefox. Other browsers don't have that behavior. How can I restore the normal prompt of a straight vertical line?

I don't remember when it started but text that wasn't underlined before such as: Names of shortcuts in new tab view Titles of YouTube videos on home page, and recommended while watching a video (not on the video itself) Reddit titles and usernames (old UI)

I have checked settings as best as I can and tried disabling all extensions but still have the issue.

What should be my response to these messages? Dismiss closes the particular message, but it is immediately replaced with another similar one. I have no idea what the xxxx.mergenetworkprotocol is or how to use it. It is real or a phishing scam? Is it safe to simply tell Firefox to hide it?

You know what, I am going to stop using Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, for, it does NOT seem they listen. It is very frustrating and time-consuming NOT having in Edit, on the pages of Firefox, the ability to CAPITALISE (UPPERCASE) word, or words. It seems to me that Firefox does NOT recognise the importance of this, or they just don't give a damn.

I'm fairly new at this game of 'digital talking', so: I just paid for a 2yr subscription but do not see any visual evidence that this is indeed the case. How do I know I'm currently protected, isn't there an icon supposed to be on the monitor?

Why does your Browser use up so much of my CPU & have all these unknown processes going without my knowledge??? It's slowing & unnecessarily overheating my gaming laptop! What can I do 2 kill all ths extra, unwarranted activity of your Browser?!? Plz help!?

Firefox browser, Windows 11, window is minimized to task bar, and will not maximize to screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, that worked for a few days. Drilled into profile, renamed xulstore.json. Worked for a couple of days. Did that again today, restarted, still cannot use Firefox. Will be forced to transition to Edge if I cannot stabilize Firefox.

The address bar is driving me crazy tbh. I want to search for something from it and it works most of the times but doesn't some other times, and I don't know why. I did try to refresh firefox after you click the helper software to uninstall it, but it still doesn't work all the times, and I also tried this (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1337970), yet it still doesn't. I might try to uninstall and install it again but is there anything else I can do if it still doesn't work?
