Can you tell me why these links will work in Chrome, Edge, etc; but not in Firefox? They are used for navigation on our website and our customers using Firefox are the only ones having issues. The links are not clickable for them.

I opened about:certificate to make sure my local O/S certs were in order and noticed the Servers tab and after opening it saw that DigiNotar Root CA was the one and only entry. I know all about the DigiNotar fiasco and how their root cert was left enabled after the NL government took over in order to prevent a bunch more problems. However, I don't understand why that cert is listed in my Servers tab and why it isn't anywhere in my Settings -> Certificates options window. I have used a couple self-signed certs in the past for localhost web server stuff where I got tired of the SSL warning over HTTP on my local domain, but otherwise only have my PGP key and haven't messed with anything otherwise. Should I be worried? This thing happened several years ago and the Root Cert I have is listed as expiring in about a year and a half.

Running Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 114.0.1 (64-bit)

I cannot get the Firefox Browser Page to fit the screen on my laptop. I constantly have to hit <cntrl> - or + to zoom in and out. I have to do this for every tab I open. This isn't an issue with other browsers. I'm about fed up and ready to quit Firefox. I'm not "tech savvy" so if you respond use baby language. I'm operating on Windows 11.

I had to switch to a new Windows 11 laptop. I installed firefox my favorite browser. It has been a disaster. after 1 week of trying different settings I have been unable to log into Facebook, Ally Bank, Netflix and others. I have changed the delegated credentials from true to false and it doesn't work at either setting. I am either getting SSL errors, "Pardon the Interruption" on netflix and some sites just say "Unable to log you on". Please note that I can successfully log on all the apps on Edge.

I was signed in with FF and synced all data. I needed to re-install Windows, after installing FF on fresh windows and logging into FF account - nothing is synced. What have i've done wrongly?

I go to youtube, open a video and the audio plays just fine, except there is no visual. The video says its playing and I can hear it normally but I can't see anything. Subtitles show up, but the place where the video is supposed to be is just blank, the same as the background of the page. Weirdly if I click the settings button on youtube, the one next to the sign in or account button, the video will display as long as that menu is up. If I close the menu the video goes away.

I have refreshed firefox, deleted and reinstalled firefox, removed all my extensions, turned hardware acceleration off (and then back on when it didn't work) as was recommended in a similar post a few years ago, and restarted my computer. Youtube still won't show me a video. It works fine on chrome, just not firefox.

I uploaded a screenshot of an ad, which doesn't play but shows the outline of the video player, a screenshot of a normal video where the area the video should be in is just more indistinct background, a screenshot of the video appearing normally when I have the settings menu open, and a screenshot of the captions loading properly over an empty void.

Edit: I installed the Enhancer for Youtube extension? Which I haven't ever installed beofre? And now Youtube works? Why

2nd Edit: Its broken again. I changed literally nothing, just restarted my computer for an update but im getting blank screens again

Where are the patches/updates for this vulnerability located on the Mozilla homepage?

Hey there! I am looking for a setting that sets the columns in the new tab page.

i know about: "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSitesRows" This is the same as going to the settings and changing it in the drop down menu.

Is there something that can set the quantity of columns?

A white screen occurs when browsing the web. If you turn off "Use recommended performance settings" and "Use hardware acceleration when available" the problem is fixed, but then the browser slows down. Can this be fixed in another way?

I got new headphones recently, and they are working on literally everything but firefox, I have looked on my windows settings, made sure he settings were correct, looked through the firefox settings, nothing. Does anyone know how to change the output device specifically for firefox?

I have been having issues with contributing to a certain forum. When I go to add a new line to a post, or upon deleting and retyping, the white space between the lines is eliminated.

This has a real impact on the legibility of my posts.

Hi I'm experiencing slowness especially in youtube thumbnails scrolling down. when video is playing if I click on settings to choose video quality etc it takes like 2 minutes to even open. This slowness not present in edge browser. I want to try older ver but I thought if someone might experiencing same or know what might be the problem

An issue I am running into is with the paste option on Microsoft Word. I am clicking on keep source formatting in Word when I paste text, but the format doesn't carry over from the website I am copying it from. This is a Firefox issue because the format carries over when I paste a website's text using Microsoft Edge. Hopefully someone can solve this issue for me. Thank you.

The Pizza Hut Rewards site won't complete login. It just has a o with \ through it. After a while, the reCAPTCHA will say that it timed out and need to check box again. I do that but, it still doesn't complete.

I called Pizza Hut Rewards and they told me to use Google Chrome (which I don't trust).

I have tried this in both regular and Private Browsing mode with same results.

Hi,

Whenever I make a bookmark, it automatically puts it in the Bookmark Toolbar, but I want it to default to the Bookmark Menu. I can't find any way to do that and can't find any good information about it. One site said I needed an ad-on, but I shouldn't need that for something so simple that used to work fine on my old computer with Firefox. I can't find any settings for this at all.

Please help me fix this.

I started Firefox and apparently it was being updated. When I finally got into the browser, it was totally vanilla. All the old information, bookmarks, toolbar information, were missing. I am using Windows11 Home. If I go to Firefox on my phone, all seems to be the same as it always has been. What happened to my toolbars, etc?

[removed Ad site] Despite the fact that the page is now blank, the website emblem in the top left corner indicates that contact has been made. Anyone aware of the reason why Firefox cannot load the website?

Firefox is not displaying all ICONs and color from websites like Office 365. ICON show as text boxes and the one line version of Excel will not display color. I have included pictures of both. Both show correctly in all other browsers. I prefer Firefox but with these issues, I cannot use it. I also notice that on this page after I uploaded the pictures only a - showed for each. I have also noticed that when checking boxes or making selections for many sites there is no indication of the selection being made. For instance, I clicked the e-mail me box but no check appeared so please e-mail me anyway.
