When I sign in I always have to change password because FB won't accept the password I had with them I've been with them for years they send me to a box for phone number/email to verify my account. It says my account does not exist when I backspace there is a dialogue box that says the requested document is no available in Firefox cache. This is off and on sometimes it lets me in sometimes it does not I don't know of anything I'm doing differently to Firefox that would account for this missing document is this a problem with FB or FF or what? I've tried to find the cache and can't at least not so far and I can't find anything on the web that answers my problem about this situation so any help that would let me get into FB consistently and fix this problem would be highly appreciated. I have exactly the same problem with Edge, Chrome, Brave and whether or not I use privacy browser mode or not. Thanks for any help hope to hear from you soon.

My problems started after the upgrade to 113 when Firefox would no longer load at all. I tried deleting and reinstalling, but nothing changed until I moved the profile (yeah profile mgr didn't work either). I finally got it to reinstall and ran sync but had to also reinstall my extensions/addons. The extensions appear to be working, but the are not displaying in either the toolbar area or in customizations.

I have tried searching all over and different solutions but thus far nothing has worked. That includes right clicking on the extension and selecting to add it to the toolbar.

I repeat, the extensions appear to be working though I cannot call some of them up (EverNote for example), and I need Lastpass on the toolbar for password generation and to access the vault.

I installed the newest version of Firefox but when I start it, the startup page is different (see attached) than my previous page and it doesn't show display any of my bookmarks.(

Windows 10 22H2. A few of days ago Firefox stopped playing any audio. Video still works but even audio only streams produce no volume. As far as I've checked its only Firefox. All other browsers and media apps play sounds fine. Tried all the solutions in the help article article . No luck. I have been using Firefox for 8 years now. Unfortunately, it seems I will have to abandon it soon. A lot of websites don't have compatibility with Firefox and now this. Hopefully there's a simple solution and soon. It would be sad to see you go.

I recently had to reformat my PC. Prior to this, I made sure to sync my bookmarks with my Firefox account. However, after logging back in, post format, I'm finding it impossible to retrieve any of my previous data, neither passwords nor bookmarks.

I followed the recommended procedures to recover my data, but to no avail. This data is very important to me, and I'm not sure what to do next.

Yahoo websites blocked from within the US. I get the following message: "When trying to access my yahoo mail account from within the US I get the following message: Yahoo’s suite of services will no longer be accessible from mainland China." I'm trying to go to weibo.com but the page just white screen and keeps "refreshing" on Sina Visitor System. I tried disabling all my plugins/addons and still didn't work. I can visit us.weibo.com fine. I can visit it on a different browser fine. But Firefox 115.0.2 doesn't seem to load it.

GOOGLE WILL NOT LET ME SIGN IN ON FIREFOX. I can sign in will all other browsers but I get this message on Firefox:

Couldn’t sign you in This browser or app may not be secure.

I have cleared cache, cookies. Checked for updates...rebooted, ect. Nothing works.

HELP!!!!

For the last several updates, Firefox does not display ICONs, colors or selections correctly. For instance, when using Microsoft 365 I get text boxes instead of ICONs, and online spreadsheets will not display colors. On my banking and insurance sites, selections do not show. Example, when I make a section and a dot should appear in the circle, nothing shows. There are issues like this with most websites. Even on this page, when I check E-mail me, nothing happens. Not sure how I can get replays.

I'm trying to enable 2FA for my account. The backup code [long alpha-numeric string] is not working. Tried a few times and it keeps returning an error. I typed it in with and without spaces between the sets of letters/numbers, no luck. Using the Authenticator App on my Android phone for the process. Please help.

This never happened before this started about one week ago, before that I had no issues for 5 years. No matte what i put in the search bar or if i try to open google.com, it will either load forever or just simply stop loading at some point and not do anything. then i clear cache/cookies and it will work again for a RANDOM amount of time, sometimes it works for a week sometimes it works for just 5 minutes. I dont wanna get logged out of everything every 5 minutes, what is this lmao.

Firefox was working fine until yesterday. When I tried to access internet I got an error code 1001 and a notice that something called cloudfare was not accessible. It suggested that Firefox was not registered on cloudfare.

MS Edge works fine incidentally, but I prefer Firefox.

About three months ago, I changed the AO3 site skin to the Low Vision option, because I wanted to see if I could fix the then minor issue of not being able to see bold with my screen-reader, NVDA, when reading fics on the site. Some of the bold I knew to be there because I had personally put it in.

When I changed the skin, I was dismayed to find I could not only still not see bold, but I could no longer see italics with NVDA either. The AO3 sidebar menu was also tucked away behind a dropdown button, but I could open that up and get to the controls, so I didn't mind that so much. The formatting, however, posed a real problem, since italics are used for, among other things, emphasis, telepathic speech, and the speech of Pokémon in fanfics featuring humans who can understand Pokémon. So I definitely wanted this problem fixed.

I thought I could simply change the site skin back, but to my further dismay, switching back to the Default skin did not restore my former view of the site's pages. I began trying other things, seeking advice from other tech-savvy acquaintances after I'd exhausted all the possible fixes I could think of to no effect. Here is a list of everything I've already tried:

• As mentioned before, changing the site skin back with the buttons on the site
• Soft/Hard-Refreshing the page.
• Logging out of and back into my AO3 account to artificially end the session.
• Restarting the computer, and NVDA, by extension.
• Disabling each of the three extensions I have in Firefox, just in case one of them had caused the issue.
• Viewing the site while logged out to see if that made a difference.
• Cleared browser cache, and when that failed to help, also cleared specifically the AO3 cookies.
• Created a clean Firefox profile with no settings changed and no extensions added, pasted url of one of the pages I was using as a test into the address bar. Still no formatting visible.
• Viewed page in Incognito mode.
• Briefly thought I had a solution when I found the Page Styles submenu in the View menu, set the page to No Style. Got my old sidebar back, but not the formatting, and lost even that change after a refresh. Not ideal solution.
• Downloaded the portable version of Firefox, opened it and pasted in a url again. Still no formatting.
• Reluctantly, opened AO3 in Google Chrome. Could see all the formatting with NVDA when logged out, and when I logged in, could still see the formatting.

I also discovered Reader View while testing some of these things, and this allowed me to read the text of a fic or chapter with all its formatting, but that view doesn't include the Author's Notes, or the comments, and that sacrifices some of the nuance of those because I don't see the emphasis on any words/phrases without the formatting.

I have contacted the AO3 support team, but they are just as confused as I am and don't know what could have happened. They say they haven't changed anything on the site that they could pinpoint as causing this problem.

I have tried asking on the BlindTech email list I'm subscribed to, which is where I was given the link to Portable Firefox, but I have exhausted all their ideas as well, some of which were included in the above list.

Now I come to you. Please, if you can shed any light on what might have caused this problem, I would deeply, sincerely appreciate it.

I am using the Uncode theme by undsgn and the form builder I use is Formidable. The checkboxes are functional on all browsers except Firefox, the only issue is the target market for this particular page uses Firefox.
