Hello. I want to find what level of search filtering is being as default by Firefox. All other browsers I have seen allow users to select "No Filter", "Medium Level Filter" or "Safe/Restricted Filter." I have also seen it called "Restriction Level." Where may I find the page to make this simple and common change? Thank you!

When I switch from external speakers to Headset, Firefox (YouTube) continues to play on the external speakers (but not on the headset). Firefox remains present on the volume mixer for the EXTERNAL speakers, but does NOT appear on the volume mixer for the headphones.

YouTube on Chrome is working properly.

I have updated my drivers, I have "refreshed" Firefox.

Basically when toggling back and forth between my external speakers (Realtek(R) Audio default Device and Headset Earphone: CORSAIR VOID PRO Wireless Gaming Headset Default Multimedia Device) Firefox is always playing on external speakers regardless.

If you can NOT stop the install of DevTools I will NEVER use your browser again. It is driving crazy WHY? I can remove it but it come back next time I open the browser. I have tried every thing online to remove it but noting removes it. Can you help me, PLEASE. HELP, I need HELP. Dennis Lindsay ... ...

Ok.. I've been allowing Firefox to update on it's own as needed.. But HOW do I get my bookmarks back and passwords??

I've read many of the 'click here' click there results.. but I'm a user.. my first 'computer' was an Atari 800.. (I'm 58)

So.. please tell me.. and also 'WHERE ARE MY bookmarks?' I see the old firefox folder.. but the folders inside are empty?? Like huh?? This is getting a little frustrating.. Please help in 'clear' language.. Thanks

I am trying to access my firefox account. I have my username, password and a 24 character recovery key (I set this up in 2014). I have changed mobile devices so I no longer have the Firefox token set up in LastPass..so cannot generate the pin. When I try to bypass the pin by using my recovery key - I am only given the option to use a 10digit key, not the 24digit key I was provided in 2014.

Ver 92.01 - I noticed lately that since pop out video has been enabled, now I find webpages automatically starting ads and playing the videos without me clicking or asking for such behavior.

Curious why this has happened without notification and what is the control to stop it?

I would recommend you address this directly with your customers as we might get the idea that this revenue stream is slightly dishonest.

I'd like to log into my facebook account but all I get is " We can’t connect to the server at www.facebook.com."

My question has 2 parts the first part is that I am trying to create a folder under the 'All Bookmarks' folder in the manage bookmarks screen that goes to the Library window. Can that be done? Because all it allows me to do is create a new folder under Bookmarks Toolbar and Bookmarks Menu. I want another folder in essence that is like the 'Other Bookmarks' folder that is not a sub folder of any other folder except for 'All Bookmarks'.

My second part question is that I cannot delete or remove 'Other Bookmarks' from the Library/Manage bookmarks screen. I am Firefox 92.0.1 (64-bit). I just installed it today. None of the options I tried as far as right click on the toolbar/bookmarks toolbar/or the Other Bookmarks folder gives me an option to remove it. Is the only option to remove it to go into about:config?

I have attached a screenshot of my bookmarks showing what I am wanting to have done if possible. As you see from the screenshot I want to move everything in Crap Junk into its on main folder under All Bookmarks like like Bookmarks Menu and Other Bookmarks is currently preferably without using Bookmarks Menu.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my Apple email site looked different. Since then I can see text on my downloaded emails but not any icons or images. When I click on the text it takes me to what is indicated but sometimes I just see the heading on an email but nothing else. I am running Windows 10 on a laptop that is only about a year old Accessing Apple email through the latest version of Firefox.

When I try to open Facebook , I get the following message Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at www.facebook.com.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
   If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

For the last several days, when I trying to login to my online banking account I get the flowing message:

Please update your browser.

I am currently running the latest update, and I even updated to make sure. Called bank tech support and of course they said it is a FireFox issue. Any thoughts? I have been using Firefox before I acquired an account with this bank. No issues until a few days ago.

I have been using protonmail for years now. when I tried to bring it up just now I got Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to mail.protonmail.com. The OCSP response is not yet valid (contains a date in the future). Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_FUTURE_RESPONSE The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. They say it is a time issue but the time and date are correct. Why Is this happening. I would hate to change browsers as I have been using firefox for many years.

I recently set up Firefox Recovery Keys knowing that I was formatting my PC. I am logged into my Firefox account on my laptop and have forgotten my password. Using Firefox Sync and Google Authenticator, I can log into Firefox on my Android.

I am trying to log into Firefox on my PC now, and have forgotten my password, and now none of the Recovery Keys I was given by Firefox are working (I am correct in saying these keys are 10 digits long, and you are given multiple keys when setting up the Recovery Keys?).

I cannot reset my password and lose all of my generated logins. Is there any other way to log into Firefox on desktop, say using google authentication or sync like android?
