Hi I Can not remove Bookmarks. I test all usual ways but nothing happened!i first i test manage Bookmarks and select delete but it did not work... then i made my own account and nothing change... steal i can not delete bookmarks.

 Please help me.

I'm buying a new computer and I'm wondering is there a method/procedure that I can use to transfer the entire FF browser including settings, extensions, bookmarks, and passwords without having to reinstall all those items individually? I know I can save and import bookmarks but what about everything else? I look forward to anyone comments. Thanks

Hello Whenever I start a download, it immediately crashes, no matter what you do all downloads fail. Tried solutions that didn't work:

• refresh ff,
• delete profiles,
• uninstall + reinstall.

I am unable to access my Bank of Montreal account (months now) nor Presidents Choice Mastercard (this week) via Firefox. No problem with Edge. Help! I can get into Visa using Firefox.

Hello. Since I use the bookmark bar and fullscreen mode a lot, I would like to be able to see the bookmark bar in fullscreen, not on every tab, but only in a new (empty) tab, so that I can avoid disabling fullscreen to access the bookmark bar and at the same time not having any part of the interface visible unless I'm in a new tab. Hello, I am trying to download some txt files via firefox in an automatic fashion using the python webbrowser API. Firefox opens the txt files directly in the tab, which leads to all kind of unwanted behavior when trying to use the right click save option. Is it possible just to save the txt files? Looking at previous forum entries, I tried changing the Content-Disposition and Content-Type via plugin, but they did not seem to affect the link given. Thanks

I downloaded the latest Firefox to my Linux and got this error message: W: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file ......etc. There's more, but can you tell me what happened and if I need to worry? I haven't had any trouble using Firefox since the update. I've attached a screen shot of the whole message.

I have been having an issue for quite some time. Firefox will not connect to the web socket for Facebook chat and therefor not allowing a connection to happen. I have cleared all data and re-installed the app, I think it may be a deeper issue than just Firefox because all browsers get the same error.

My touchpad scrolling has stopped working for websites (including the Firefox website!). And when I scroll using the scrollbar on the right, it can only scroll down halfway on the page. Sometimes up and down keys for scrolling do not work. However, I can scroll in Windows with no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a problem, which only seems to apply to Firefox. I am a developer for a site which uses LetsEncrypt certificate. When I access it via Firefox (and only Firefox), I get the error message as mentioned in the subject.

I tried to understand why this occurs. A quick Google just leads me to an issue with the Microsoft domain, and what I can understand was a Firefox bug.

Trying to figure out if it is a problem with Firefox, or a problem with the certificate. Any thoughts?

I am having a problem using "Page Down" with Firefox 99.0.1 64 Bit on Windows 10. Specifically, when I click on the "PgDn" button the page only goes down for a few clicks then it goes back to the top of the page on the next click. I am having the same problem with "Arrow Down," "Mouse Wheel Down," etc.

I removed everything from the bookmarks menu that I don't need. Now there is a battery of separators left, consuming menu space. See attached screenshot of German Firefox version.

How to get rid of at least four of those five separators?

Also, it would be great to have all my bookmarks at the top of the menu, while all that stuff I rarely need (Show bookmark sidebar, More bookmarks, Bookmars symbol bar ...) is at the bottom. Is there an way to change that?

I have just created a Google Site. Everytime I try to open it I get the below message (see screenshot)

Everytime I try 'open it in a new window' it just takes me to my Google site 'sign in' page.

Mozilla clearly lost it with their unique identifier, anyways i got a question on this topic.

If i download Firefox here https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release there will be a unique identifier, but if download it here https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ There won't be such an identifier.

So, which is the better option since i know little about mozilla.org not sure if it's secure. Also when i download from the first link, what will the unique identifier track exactly since i open my browser and paste the URL for download, i don't come to the downloadsite from any other site or search result, i directly go there, so what will happen with the identification in that case? I know i had a similar thread before, but question is still open.

Until the last FF release (99), when I downloaded files from my bank for MSMoney FF would apply the action to use the MS Money import handler. Not anymore. FF will now only save the file. Even if I choose "always ask" it still just saves the file - never asks what to do with it (save or open with). Please fix this. It's worked fine for decades and now doesn't work at all. I tried adding images to show what happens but the ones that show what FF is doing and the FF settings won't upload. Only the banking download page images will upload. They just show that I pick MSMoney as the download format.

My laptop crashed. I got a new one but I cannot remember what my login info is for firefox. I had lots of saved passwords and bookmarks that I need to get back. I tried the two email addresses that I would have used and neither of them can access my old passwords and bookmarks. In fact, with either login I used I get the same saved passwords and the same bookmarks.

After a Firefox Refresh, one site I used to access everyday does not accept my user Id/password anymore. The site did not return any warning message like wrong password. It just doesn't go trough when I hit 'enter'.

The same user/pw is still working well in Chrome. I asked for help on the site I could not access, but they have no issues like mine, and his system is regularly on.

I have already cleared all my history, cookies, everything. I have installed Firefox again. Nothing.
