I keep getting this msg for my amazon acct and other accts I've used on this same laptop for years. Now all of a sudden I get this msg: Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Please advise how to fix this matter

I'm not going to fight with this very long, this will instantly make me go back to chrome or even edge. I might even go to opera, as all the suggested forums when searching this issue get too deep, too technical, and too much time for me even to bother with on a browser. It's easier to install another one and should not even be this way in the first place.

That being said, it's usually not hard to fix these issues by simply disabling the way firefox copy/pastes intelligently. I don't want it to be intelligent. I want pure text only.

I do not understand why CTRL+C and CTRL+V isn't working. Even when I try to take the text I TYPED, out into a text document, I copy, and don't even get CLOSE to what I see I'm copying, this is ultterly the worst bug I've ever seen. It doesn't even make sense, all my paragraphs are backwards, sentences in the wrong places. A simple copy and paste, should copy and paste not modify the contents. If it can't see what I'm typing then it has a problem. I can see it fine. It's simply an unusable program 2 days after switching.

So where's the setting (If not any please let me know I'll uninstall immediately) to fix this. I want firefox only to copy raw text data period every time. I don't care if it has HTML code etc, I'll just cut the edges off. All I want is text only.

To add to this, this seems to be a multiple faceted issue. CTRL+Z fails to work properly. CTRL+X fails to cut properly. CTRL+Y fails to redo properly. Everything has completely butchered my long explanations and technical support making this browser absolutely useless to me. I'd rather have internet explorer 6 than this.

try safe mode or new profile well this is problem. i can't do it why ? i need shutdown pc and take break , if shutdown and turn on it's no effected cause this same as restart but with a style,

Hello! Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. I wanted to get browser push notifications from Facebook, specifically Messenger, but it won't toggle on for some reason. When I refresh the page, it's still off. I've allowed Facebook.com permission to send notifications, cleared cookies and cache, and even uninstalling Firefox extensions, but no luck. Any help?

I come back to use Firefox and discovered my personal email was associated with an account I created 5 years ago with my professional email that has been destroyed since then.

In the Firefox account settings it says: "Access your account if you can’t log in to your primary email."

But if I try to "Make primary" my secondary email it asks for a confirmation code from the primary email which I don't have access.

If I want to remove my secondary email in order to use it to create another account, it asks for a confirmation code.

If I want to delete the account, it asks for a confirmation code.

It's hard to understand what the use of a secondary email if it can't be used when needed.

What are my option to be able to use my personal email (secondary email of an existing account). Doesn't matter if I have to recreate an account but my personal email is locked to that account.

PS: I have access to the Firefox account but can't access the primary email.

I use Firefox to sign into my Google, each time I do however another group pg. from Facebook seems to over ride my going in. I am not a part of this group & I don't know what to do to stop this from happening. I always have to click onto a new tab for Firefox to come up for my pg. to come up & I delete that FB group pg. But this happens to me every time I sign in. I do not know what to do here. Why does this happen as I am not as I mentioned have any part of this group that pops in from FB. I am a senior & not very tech, so please I need help on this matter. Thank you very much. I don't know what else to do here.

Lately I cannot explore Airbnb, I get "Network error (connection): NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.". No problem with Edge. Should I forget about Firefox?

For some reason text on some websites such as wikipedia and timeanddate is completely messed up, it looks like gibberish but is actually just displayed wrong. When you copy the text and paste it into something like Word it shows the text correctly, I've noticed that the text is shifted by one letter forward (e is f, f is g, etc.). I've tried the main, beta and nightly releases as well as reinstalling Firefox. Images attached.

Is there a way that I can recover my New Tab page setup (just the new tab page) from a Macrium Reflect backup of my OS disk? I recently did some cleanup that cratered my FireFox profile (developer and beta also). I would like to somehow recover just the New Tab page setup from the os backup. Any solution? I like to have my browsing history cleared after I quit Firefox, but I found out that this will break the action to open previous windows and tabs.

Dear Firefox, It is a matter of great regret that your popular browser has failed to sync back my saved bookmarks and other data once i reinstalled firefox. This issue is not new as it happened to me before.. Last time I didn't bother as I thought this might be an bug but today once I reinstalled firefox and signed in.. It seemed that firefox has yet once again failed to syn all my bookmarks, data, extensions etc... It is a huge pain as I cant keep on repeating myself to save all the extensions and preferences.. please solve this issue or I wll have to seek other browsers

Had to refresh Firefox but lost my bookmark sidebar & can't find a way to re-establish it. Used to be a setting for it at the top of the home page but none now. Can't find it in settings.

I have a big problem with password security. While checking my passwords I see bad passwords, I click to remove and next day they are back again. I have deleted approximately 20 to 30 passwords and almost all have returned? Something is seriously wrong and I am almost positive a hacker has gotten into the computer? Anything else I can check???

I recently bought a drawing tablet for some editing and I edit pictures on a website but every time I move the pen vertically on this browser it scrolls up and down accordingly and so far none of the settings have been helpful for stopping this.
