I cannot enable Two-Step Authentication. When I add it to my authentication app, and type in the 6-digit code, I get the error, "Invalid two-step authentication code". I have tried several different authentication apps, but none work. Anyone else having this issue?

FF will now not let me log into a site Ive used many times, Ive cleared the cache, remove data, Im not to much techno knowledge but have done that then gone to saved log ins and removed original log in that was saved, gon back to the (site which is my energy supplier) put in my email, then password all is correct but it just will not open anything the dots on top left of page just keep going back and forth, yet if i go onto IE and log in it comes up instantly, maybe I should change!!

I think I have successfully downloaded DeepSleep and opened the tar file using 7-zip.

I cannot figure out how to start it, or if will start at all.

The comments I see on the web seem to indicate that is not compatible with Windows. but the documentation says it is?

The app I have downloaded and untared does not seem to open. It does not show in my Control Panels apps list.

What I am seeing on the web is that it is a very complicated install and requires other modules, like python?

Is there some way a novice can get this going easily?

My toolbar went missing and I can't figure out how to get it back. My bookmarks bar also disappeared and I was able to get that one back. I clicked on the "menu" but there is no option to add the toolbar, just to customize.

After installing the most recent update of Firefox, Firefox will no longer open with the designate homepage. Instead, it opens with a blank page. When I click on the Homepage icon in the toolbar, the designated home page will open, but it will not open automatically when Firefox is initially launched. Until the update, whenever Firefox was launched it would open with the homepage, which is what I would now like for it to do. I've checked the applicable settings and they are as they always were. I am continually having problems with Firefox. It won't accept cookies and I can't manage my permissions. This has been going on for a while and I'm forced to use Chrome to open sites that have popups or accept cookies. What is the problem?

I have even turned off Popup Blocker but still no luck. Could it be my A-V? If it were that, then it should also be happening in Chrome.

What measures can I take to check what is causing this?

I need help restoring "File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help" to Firefox. How do I get them back? I have 77.0.1 (64 bit) on a MacBook Air. I've lost a huge amount of functionality, and I don't know how or why.

Having used Firefox and Outlook (Hotmail) email for many years I now find that Firefox takes 2 to 3 mins to open Outlook and I have to open folders twice (first open always states 'retry'

Have experimentd with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome (although I do not like them as browsers) and my Outlook email has no problem from these browsers.

Is there a solution?

This problem is not new. Every time I've gotten fed up with Chrome and have fled to Firefox I've had this problem... I'm talking years! Screenshots are attached.

If I just open Gmail, fonts display correctly in my inbox. If I click on an email to open a website, or type something into a Google search, I get what's attached. I have none of these problems using Chrome, Safari, or doing a Yahoo search.

I don't know if it's a font conflict? I've cleared the cache and cookies and restarted. I've opened Firefox in Safe Mode... the issue persists. Our Mac Book Pro laptop using Firefox as the browser also does not have any issues.

I hope someone has some experience with this so I can FINALLY fix this. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Firefox is not working at all no ad ons work at all i have done eveerything that i was told to

by other  techs  i hhave uninstaled reinstall  so many times it is ridiculous about to stop using   firefox

After the latest Firefox updates, I can no longer copy and paste images from Twitter, Facebook, etc. When I copy and paste an image, I get a link to a temporary file instead so I either have to download the image first or take a screenshot. Is this a bug?

So in my firefox menu, there's the options setting, and within these settings there's an entire category on the left dedicated to "Search" and right there the very first question it asks is if: Use the address bar for search and navigation OR Add search bar in toolbar. Now forgive me if I'm not understanding exactly, because the help doesn't explicitly say either: Search bar

   Use the address bar for search and navigation: This is the default setting. It provides a unified search and address bar.
   Add search bar in toolbar: Select this setting if you prefer a separate search bar. 

But it seems logical to me that one would naturally assume that by separating the search bar from the address bar, that searches would no longer take place in the address bar. So, why are searches still taking place? and how can I turn it off? And just for my understanding, why is the option there if nothing changes by selection a separate search bar? just to take up space on the bar? or did it used to be separate and was forgotten?
