I just started getting a message saying Facebook was breached back in 2023. Never got any message prior to this week. Situation is: I moved to a new city and can no longer see ANY of my passwords saved on Firefox. It's basically saying I have to change them ALL! Even if I tried, it's required to know the previous password to change the password on many, if not ALL the account passwords. The message says I was breached, but I wasn't. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

Nothing is working after updating to the latest patch.

I cant open a new tab from any links at all. I cant copy an paste inside the browser AT ALL. My cursur looks like its about 25px off true. please roll this patch back ...why do they continue to allow engineers or coders to break it when it works fine?

I have four identity containers (container tabs) that I need to open simultaneously all the time, but doing it manually one-by-one is tedious. I want to create a one-click launcher via the command line that starts all four container tabs at once, yet I couldn’t find any switch for it in the help page I checked: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/CommandLineOptions. My Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 149.0a1. My Operating System is Windows 11

After updating to latest version of Firefox, my request to go to website is showing "Access Denied" (e.g. www.aa.com)

When using BT Mail i am unable to input email address from drop down box which appears when typing intial first letters.

I can do this when using Edge.

I have updated my browser to latest version. Have also contacted Bt and have been advised that the issue is your browser. My wife has a chromebook and has no issue with the above problem.

Please advise.

All of the sudden when on say a Amazon page and you LEFT click on a item description typically a page will open about that item and now it doesn't anymore. If I want to see that item, I have to RIGHT click on it and have to chose "open link in new tab" and then can see details of my item. This happens on other pages as well. I can also hold down the LEFT side of the mouse and I will see a tab open that says "we can't preview this link" and in bold text it says "visit link"

How can I get it back to working like it should. Issue is only with my laptop, my other computers work just fine.

a few days ago I received a message that i had an upgrade from Firefox. After that I can't find the bookmarks I had saved for paying bills as well as other important items.

I installed Firefox 147.0 using Firefox Setup 147.0.exe to D:\Programs\Mozilla firefox.

After updating Firefox to 147.0.1 via the Help menu, two Firefox entries appeared in the “Settings” app list.

Why did it become multiple?

Will the number of Firefox entries in the app list keep increasing forever with every future update?

Firefox is now asking for primary password every time it starts, even before any site that required a sign-in. This just started. How can I stop this annoyance, but still keep the primary password for sign-ins?

Due to a drive failure I had to do a fresh Windows install. Since then my Firefox has not been loading tab favicons for the tabs from my previous session when I launch it. They do not display until I click on each individual tab. I have tried poking around in about:config and turned off several lazy loading functions but nothing has fixed it. browser.sessionstore.restore_tabs_lazily and browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand are both false with no effect on this behavior.

Any ideas for how to fix this?

Hello, Within the past hour, "Checking for Updates" keeps running. I thought checking "choose to install" would limit the numerous times this happens per day, but it hasn't.

I've been experiencing this for a couple weeks and it's getting worse. I'm not sure what's going on.

I'm running Windows 11 and the last FF Mozilla update was #147.01.

Please advise.

Hi, I have more than one password for Firefox. One is noted for making changes in thebrowser and use benefits that come with the broswer like the security feature that was called Mozilla Monitor that i understand in now discontinued.

The other password is noted for "just signing in." I called it the "Primary" password.

I don't know the difference anymore.

Also i am trying to sync my passwords to my old firefox. The updates were crashing my computer (Mac 11.7.10) so i dragged the app from the apps folder into the trash. Then i used Chrome to download the Firefox 115 ESR (which for some reason is labeled 140, why???) but now i can't find my passwords from the one i trashed. I am trying to synch the passwords from my other (newer) computer but it doesn't work. Do i need to sign in with the other password? Do i need to quit Firefox for the sync to take? Do i need to reboot the computer?

Hello... I'm just a novice user so I am not really sure here. This is my problem, I tried to view my gmail account and I got the pic in post. I'm not sure what to think, I like to know if it's secure to use Firefox? I'm using Windows 11 all up to date and Firefox 147.01 ... extensions >> uBlock, Chrome Mask, Ghostery Tracker & Ad Blocker, Privacy Badger

Maybe that's at the root of the problem I'm constantly having with my history & bookmarks being unavailable every time Windows updates? The strange thing is that this page shows that Firefox does know I'm using 11.

I've already posed the question I have about resolving that matter. Hope this helps someone figure out the answer. Thanks to whoever tries!

The top two toggles in the "location" area of privacy settings are OFF. Greyed out. The rest are also in the off position and greyed out other than "Notify when apps request location" is toggled on. I accidentally said "yes" when it wanted me to share location. (I just started using Firefox last night). Then it opened my "settings" for my computer on it's own and I closed it out quickly as I was working on something important and I cannot have distractions. I did not mess with any toggles or click anywhere else except the big X in the right upper corner. Since I didn't mean to click yes now it is prompting me quite often, every few minutes, to turn the location service on and automatically opens the settings for my laptop to the page "Privacy & Security > Location. How do I get this Madness to stop?
