I've searched the community for support to add bookmarks inside my PDF files using Firefox, but all I get are articles and community posts from two or three years ago.

I currently see no features or buttons to edit the outline of a PDF using Firefox (153.0.4). Are there any Firefox extensions or other Firefox methods that I can use to do this in the meanwhile, or do I have to resort to using third-party software and solutions?

Where can I suggest to add this feature if it doesn't exist?

I just downloaded v153.0.4 and now there are no wallpapers on my New Tabs or Home Page. No custom url for new tabs either and the Firefox Home is a blank page.

What's up with that?

I saw a very confident by a 'support volunteer' that the interface contains controls to delete traces.

Show me in the in interface where these files can be deleted:

C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\0NB2KS6j.Profile 1\cache2\entries

C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\0NB2KS6j.Profile 1\safebrowsing

Some very bold claims that I don't see backed up by anything having to do with reality.

This latest update to 153.0.4, which I did a few days after being notified, it messed up firefox. Finally rebooted, got it up again and now if I right click, I do not get the " open in new tab" option, eg, on youtube videos.

From time to time I stumble upon videos that do not have Picture in Picture button and when I switch tab, they do not open PiP automatically. Example: https://youtu.be/BrNglFVnMMw Majority of videos works fine. Do you have any idea what could cause it? Is it some youtube DRM?

The website fortunesultimateslots.com stopped letting me login on 8-3-26. I had been going to that site daily with no problem. No other website has stopped working on Firefox.

That site works for me on Edge but I would rather use Firefox.

I am not able to open my Firefox browser tonight. It was work yesterday. WHen I tried to refresh it the wheel kept spinning for over 15 min and there was no sign that it would complete the process.

When I try to manually delete all my browsing history from the browsing history icon, firefox locks up and nothing happens until I click my mouse button and I get the message box stating that Firefox is not responding and it gives me two choices, close the program or wait for firefox to respond-

I'm seeking support to try to resolve an issue that has recently started happening. I can't be the only one who is experiencing this, so if this is resolved others can benefit too. I'm not a complete novice, but neither do I claim to be an I.T. expert.

I use my ISP's webmail service to access my emails. I'm aware I could use an email client, but I prefer to access via a web browser and have done so for many years. About a week ago, I was no longer able to sign in to my webmail. I thought it may be a problem with my provider, so I checked using other web browsers - Safari on iOS which worked and Microsoft Edge (using the same internet connection, same desktop PC) which also worked and continues to work without issue. I can only think it must be something wrong with Firefox? I can access the sign in page as normal using Firefox and select my email address, but after attempting to login I always get the same error message:

Sorry, we can't sign you in just now

Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe.

Instead:

   Use a device you've signed in on before
   Try again from a familiar connection
   If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

I have 2 extensions installed in Firefox - Adblock Plus and Ghostery. I have already added the specific URLs to the allowed websites list (first is the sign in page, second is what it redirects to):

mail2.virginmedia.com oauth.virginmediao2.co.uk

I have searched around for possible solutions, to no avail. Virgin Media advise only signing in on their main home page, but I've never done this as its just another step and extra unnecessary clicks. I don’t want to constantly be bombarded with news, offers and promotions every time I want to check my email, so I only use the direct webmail sign in.

I have tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Then I tried to refresh Firefox, none of which worked. I also tried uninstalling Firefox, then using CCleaner to perform a clean up and registry scan to fix any possible issues, followed by a clean installation. To my surprise, I was able to sign in to webmail OK. However, the next morning, I got the same error. The only other settings I have tried tweaking is adding exceptions to turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and "Block pop-ups and third-part redirects" on those 2 web addresses.

Any suggestions or options to try would be appreciated.

I didn't know I need to keep a device on if I want to sync my old data. I read it thoroughly. This is annoying, I don't want to lose my Sync data from this because I didn't know. How do you guys retain your Sync data if I were to reset my password? My computer just got fixed and I don't like this greeting of where all my data like history and bookmarks flushed down because I wasn't signed-in in a device nor did I place a key or something.

The Merrill Lynch login screen does not appear. Ad blockers are disabled; the problem does not appear with other browsers. Screenshots are attached for the same site using FF and Edge. I asked this question a few weeks ago but never got an answer. I'm using FF 153.03 64-bit

DRM nags are back ! I am very suspicious of this ! Stopping FF DRM nags yields NO search results -- but used to. Zero searchable information in the Mozilla databases. What a search for DRM nags does yield is LOADS of outrage (see attached) against FF. I am getting a VERY, VERY suspicious. Before FF tries to monetize more functions -- FIX THE LEGACY ISSUES !!! One thing after another, all week, month and year. 'Upgrades' of the browser induce panic and fear these days. "What will break next ?". You people need to look at shrinking market share and growing outrage and have a Come-to-Jesus moment ! Pawning off 'support' on volunteers is about as cynical as I have ever seen. No useful answers for weeks to many things I have posted since migrating machines to Win 10/FF 15x.

Glad I did that search ! "Back in February, Mozilla changed Firefox's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice for the worse. Mozilla removed a longstanding FAQ promise – Nope. Never have, never will" – regarding the sale of your personal data to replace it with a less definitive pledge" to "protect your personal information." Would it surprise you to know that a few weeks later, Mozilla announced that AI would be its top priority in 2025? I note that this was listed above privacy." Where the Hell is the AI Plague going to get a broken browser ? Look at those damn search results ! Gazillions of posts by fed-up users and vastly shrinking market share.

How do I stop these?
