Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:

Policy Name Certificates

Policy Value ImportEnterpriseRoots

                         true

If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

About once a week, since 1/4/25, I been receiving different emails demanding payment or the author will divulge to all of my email contacts about the pornography I am supposedly viewing, which I do not. Can you do anything to close these email accounts? All of the messages are from different authors with different email addresses. I keep thinking this will run its course and end but it has not. I like to prune my browser history manually to keep things I might need to get back to in the near future, but don't want to clog up my bookmarks with, and get rid of the rest. As of version 133, this has been made a lot more difficult, unless I'm missing an option somewhere. - In Settings, there's only the "all or nothing" approach for browser history, no way to be selective. (You can be selective when deleting cookies, but not history.) - In the History sidebar, where I used to do this, you can group by date or site. I used both: Group by site to avoid deleting the recent stuff I want to keep, and group by date to delete old things I no longer need (anything over a week old). It's no longer possible to delete e.g. everything from the gmail domain, or everything from October. I have to delete each. and. every. site. individually. For Gmail, for example, this means roughly a gajillion lines per visit. - In the sidebar, the keyboard Delete button no longer works either. I have to manually click the trash can icon, wait for it to vanish, click the next one...

Is the option to edit this efficiently completely gone, or am I missing something?

Lately I've had to reload/refresh pages more frequently because of download issues. In order to the in FF I need to press the F5 key. To do the same thing in either Edge or Chrome all I need to do is right click and a little popup screen shows me the reload/refresh right there. Much more convenient to use. FF should use a similar technique.

So, it happened again today. Saw their commercial on TV today and went to legacybox.com (NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE; they transfer VHS tapes, and other stuff, to digital) and got an email from them after closing the browser tab and leaving their website. While I didn't open the email, their email Subject/title was "Thanks for stopping by...".

All I did was look around their website for a few minutes AND DID NOT GIVE THEM MY EMAIL ADDRESS!

This is EXTREMELY DISTURBING!

PLEASE, If anyone here has the Video DownloadHelper extension installed in Firefox AND their Companion App (it costs ~$28, I think.. so don't bother if you don't have it). And make sure you've updated to a recent version, WHERE THEY HAVE YOUR EMAIL/Licens# IN THE SETTINGS (L click on the VDH icon, click on the gear icon, and at the bottom of the menu, click on "More settings....". If your email is there, PLEASE GO TO Legacybox.com AND SEE IF THIS SITE SENDS YOU AN EMAIL as this may help to confirm if Firefox is leaking emails thru that app. Thanks!

I'm not staying on Firefox after the TOS update and I would like to submit a GDRP erasure order to Mozilla. what email would be appropriate to send that to. or even better a way to opt out of the TOS and have whatever data was already collected/sold removed from all party's servers.

I just received this on my iMac: “You have an unsent crash report related to crashes being investigated, etc.” Following this, I ended up with page after page of information and options. This is dense and confusing and many options seem like they're asking me to provide information or choose certain things that may create serious and damaging situations. I don't like it and I don't even know if it's legitimate. You have no phone support. With all this confusion I am considering moving on to another browser. I use Firefox for privacy, lack of bloat, and other ethical reasons. For these reasons, I don't want to have the new CEO keep the incorrect idea in his head that the people who use Firefox want AI. Please don't add more AI, if anything--- please remove the AI which has already been added to Firefox which users have to remove themselves. I will dump Firefox if the new CEO continues with this plan.

If you choose to sync your browser history through firefox sync, does mozilla have a way to generate the relevant cryptographic keys to decipher your data on their servers? I know that they say even Mozilla doesn't have access to your data - even when at rest - but I also noticed that they don't seem to utilize the term "zero-knowledge encryption." In other words, does mozilla have the technical capacity to decrypt data synced via mozilla sync?

I went to settings and then to privacy and security and tried to find auto fill to remove credit card info. I couldn't find the setting the browser told me to find.
