I follow the instructions on how to Sync and save data on my mobile, but there is no option in the options as described. I am logged in on both the phone and desktop.

I installed a new Windows 10, then I installed the latest version of Mozilla Firefox v133 and there's no sync option in this version 🤔 What is the problem?

I want to recover my bookmarks and passwords

Any solution?

I recently reset my laptop, when I logged into my mozilla account on my firefox, it is hasn't synced my passwords, hisotry, bookmarks and extensions. The sync is on, I've eevn tried to manually initiate sync. Did not work.

For some reason when I logged into my mozilla account after switching from windows to pop-os none of the passwords I had synced show up. One of the sites I had saved requires the username and email to reset the password, but I have no idea what the username was.. any thoughts?

I have Firefox on Windows desktop and on my android phone. I have logged into both. When I click on "tabs from other devices" I only see tabs from another PC I use.

I tried logging out of Firefox Android and using the desktop browser's "connect another device" link to log back into it, but it still doesn't appear as a device. What am I missing?

EDIT: Ok now Android tabs are showing up, but not all of them. Seems to cut off after about 40. Anyway to get Firefox Desktop to show all Android tabs?

so I did a factory data reset of my s22 Plus last week and I just tried to send it a tab from my Mac to my phone which doesn't work but it works the other way. The device was still signed into my account I signed it out sign it back in from the phone and every time I try to scan the QR code to connect another device from the QR code scanner in the search bar of the Firefox browser it keeps saying that I need to use like another app because it thinks it thinks I'm using the phones camera I'm not quite sure where to go from here

so i signed into my firefox account on a new computer and every time i hit the sync now button it brings a pop up for half a second then it disappears and no changes happen to my bookmarks or any of my other synced data.looked through the forums could not find anything that was even similar to my problem

Hello, I reinstalled win 10 on my pc and Wien i logged back into my account sync is working but no passwords, adds, bookmarks are loaded, so I have the most important question, what am I supposed to do? Thanks

I recently reinstalled Windows on my computer and expected Firefox to sync and restore my saved passwords, as I had enabled Firefox Sync before reinstalling. However, after syncing my account, my passwords did not appear, and I am unable to access them.

I have already tried the following steps:

   Checked the sync status of my Firefox account.
   Ensured that I am signed into the correct Firefox account on my browser.
   Searched for any relevant troubleshooting steps but haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Could you please assist me in restoring my saved passwords or provide any guidance on how I can retrieve them?

I just created an account to sync my passwords and bookmarks from an old Macbook to a new one. I can see both devices on the Mozilla account but the Sync does not work. Nothing appears in my bookmarks.

Around mid-December, various issues occurred with Firefox. Around December 18th, after reinstalling Firefox, I found that I could no longer recover synchronized data from the server, including bookmarks, extensions, and all other synchronized items.

What could be the cause, and how can this be resolved? Could Mozilla have changed any policies that restrict the synchronization function?

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

i recently had to get a new computer and had set up sync for everything however when i logged in to my new device none of my synced data was saved is there any way to get this data back i have passwords that i need that firefox forced me to use a secure generated and saved ones that i dont know

I set up sync, I went thru my old passwords on my Mac browser Firefox and deleted many old/dead ones, expected to see the list on my iPhone Firefox browser to match. Signed in properly on both, pressed sync several times each time showing complete.

I'm still seeing PW's I deleted on my Mac in my Iphone's list...

What could be the problem? I have uBlock Origin ad blocker installed.
