Have recently updated Firefox and now I am not able to login to my Yahoo mail. I know it is not an issue with security on my PC as I can login no problem with Chrome and have tried with AV and Firewall turned off. Tried emptying cache etc but nothing worked. Eventually backed up bookmarks and passwords and deleted Firefox completely, including all files and profiles, reinstalled and still the same problem. Am running win7 and YES, I know this is not supported now but evertything was fine until new update.

After trying to log in it says 'something went wrong, try from a different device'. It works fine on my laptop with Firefox and fine on PC with Chrome so can only come to the conclusion it is Firefox update on PC. This is causing major problems now as can only access mail through Chrome and site links sent cannot be opened as passwords are saved in Firefox. Also have other work that needs to be urgently completed where I need to be able to use sites and mail on same browser.

Any ideas on what could be wrong would be appreciated as things are getting desperate.

a web site continues to say mozilla browser need update to correctly access web page. I have downloaded latest update ESR for Firebox (using windows 7 OS) But web site still says I need update! Is it me or the web site that has the problem?

Bank Accounts: I can no longer access my Bank accnts online. My Bank says they no longer support my current version (ESR) & I must upgrade in order to access accnts online. Don't know what to do.

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

It has re-occurred to my Firefox Browser of the latest version of 115.30 with some websites which I have recently visited however which have appeared 8 grids of blank or white pages again under "Recent Activity" as attached with the image for your technical troubleshooting suggestion.

Those 8 grids of Recent Activity in the older version of Firefox browsers used to have shown colorful graphics or images representative of the recent websites I visited in the recent past.

May I know what I am supposed to do to recover those graphics or images?

Kindly offer any suggestion or solution?

I am trying to clear some out dated stuff off my computer to make some room on my dreive, and have discovered several older versions of Firefox, saved in a file, Can I uninstall them or delete them - I am worried that this might affect my newer version.

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? Today, I cannot open Cox E-mail using Firefox, but I can with Google Chrome (which I pretty much never use). See the error message below, can someone help? I have a Dell E6520 laptop running Window 7. Thanks.

I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

I try to set up Firefox Sync on Firefox on a VM on Fedora. I enter my e-mail and password. Then I get the message (after retrying): "Email resent. Add accounts@firefox.com to your contacts to ensure a smooth delivery." However, I do not get the email with the confirmation code.

My email address has this format j@xxxxx.org

Contrast disappears when I klick 'Login' eg. on 'https://www.elektor.de/'; other browsers are ok. AdGuard on or off makes no difference. Kind Regards [removed email from public]

I have not been able to connect to www.paperbackswap.com for 2 days using Firefox. I get this message - The page isn’t redirecting properly-An error occurred during a connection to www.paperbackswap.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. This is a persistent problem happening every few days. I have sent messages before to PBS and Firefox with no response. I have cleared cookies and added PBS to Firefox as a site to always accept cookies. I can access the site using Chrome but I would prefer Firefox. Is there anything that can be done?
