Hi I'm on Ios I forgot a password so went to keychain access where I can normally find saved passwords. It wasn't there. I then went to Firefox preferences and found it there, for copying. There was no password required. That means if I leave my computer on and someone comes past, they can look at saved passwords, and that is a real security issue. I may stop using firefox because of this. Is there a setting to make it more secure? Cheers Martin

I've set my new tabs to open a blank page, and I have the current version.

I get redirected to yahoo so I thought I could just check the add-ons to look for malware. No add-on showed up in Firefox. I guess I have to find the file somewhere in my Finder but I found nothing in LaunchDaemons, Application Help or any other folders where it might be located. Some people on the internet said that you should look in prefs in Firefox but there is not anything suspicious. How can I delete the redirect virus?

My Mac: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 Firefox: 105.0.1 Since I updated my system Firefox has trouble loading and closing some pages, especially my BOA and ATT.net email accounts. Any thoughts on why this is happening and what to do about it? It's especially concerning with the sites I go to to pay bills.

ATT.net I can sign in OK but then I get a page that says redirecting and it never loads. When I use Chrome, I'm not having a problem. All my bookmarks are set in Firefox so I'd rather not have to change them all over to Chrome. I can sign into my BOA account with no problem. When I sign out of BOA I get a window with a spinning dial that says signing out please wait but it never stops, leaving me wondering if it's exposed.

I am a biomedical research and need to log into the login.gov site to manage my grants. However, access to this site is blocked in Firefox but works fine on Chrome. I'd rather stay with Firefox but will switch to Chrome if this can't be fixed. Thanks, Claire

Hi, By accident I changed a setting somewhare and now I can't share screen when using Google meets. I use a MacBook Air M2 2022 and run version Ventura 13.4 and Firefox version 113.0.2. I have googled the problem and had help from Apple support so I have already; - checked settings in my Mac - checked settings in Google Meet - deleted cash memory in Firefox - rebooting my computor - run Google Meet in Safari and screen sharing works

I don't dare to reinstall Firefox because then I will lose lots of data. What have I not done that this community could help me understand.

I cannot access my firefox browser on my Macbook Pro. I've deleted and re-installed the app twice. I also get a prompt attached every time I try to open the application.

I have Firefox on an old MacBook which hasn't had its macOS updated for a couple of years, and a new Mac running up-to-date Monterey. In both, Firefox has just developed the same problems at the same time: pages won't load, and the program won't shut down normally -- I have to use force quit. Safari works fine and I've tried all the usual solutions, bar deleting and reloading the app. I don't want to do that yet since the problem is the same on two different computers and an old and a new macOS. Since Firefox has recently updated, has that caused the problem?

My issue is that whenever I do a fresh opening of the Firefox app on my 14" MacBook Pro, it immediately opens the App Store in the Twilio Authy app. Can anyone explain why this is occurring? Can someone tell me how to eliminate this problem and has it happened to anyone else?

Lastpass extension/icon isn’t showing up in Firefox IOS. I’ve installed the latest versions of both. Firefox menu or settings doesn’t offer a plugins or extension link anymore. It seems Firefox has lost functionality in this regard. Please advise on how I can get the Lastpass extension working in the Firefox browser again.

I was told to open Firefox Account Settings, and then "Privacy Settings" and then to dropdown "Custom Experience". I use a MAC, and I cannot find there things, is that the reason?

So, firstly Instagram stopped working on Firefox browser. I checked and installed latest update, cleared cookies and restarted, still not working. Now Squarespace is doing the same thing. I can't save anything on the site once I have made changes. I have followed Squaresapce trouble shooting with cache etc but this hasn't helped. I'm guessing it's somewhere in the settings but I am not great with computers! So if anyone can help I'd be VVV gratefull! Clare

Up until 2 weeks ago, all ESPN+ and ESPN3 content played on my Mac. It no longer does. When clicking on the start button the screen goes to black, the title of the content appears, but no video. Firefox 109.0.1 MacOS 10.12.6 Content plays as expected with Safari
