My calendar is not syncing properly on my iphone15 and Mac os laptop, google ask has the triangle in calendar it ask me to sing in I do, then says not working as cookies diabled

Recently the Temporary Cached File cannot be totally cleared, it remains always now at a minimum 2.6mb, why??? Before earlier this year it was 0mb when temp. cache cleared, what is going on?

I use the Firefox Multi-Account Containers extension to separate my browsing data. I have one container for my personal account (Google, YouTube, etc.), another for Amazon, another for work, and another for web searches.

Can I delete the cookies from the containers independently?

Let me explain. I'd like to keep the cookies from my personal container (to keep sessions open), but I'd like to delete the cookies from the "searches" container.

I have a particularly infuriating problem. A few weeks back, Firefox stopped displaying my usernames and passwords whenever I wanted to log into a site. This coincided with my installing BitDefender, although I don't know why.

Through googling I eventually realised I could go into about:config to fix this. signon.rememberSignons displays as false, when I turn it to true it fixes the issue.

But here is the problem I can't solve. Everytime I restart firefox or my PC / Mac (I am using both, with a syncronised account on both windows and MacOS) it sets signon.rememberSignons to false AGAIN. Which means every single time I browse I have to go into about:config and fix this. Maddening.

Please can you help?

What it says in the above question. I get logged out of all websites, which I have to sign into everything again, which is annoying, and many of the websites act like it's a completely new computer/browser, even if i ask them to save this browser. Had this problem for a few months now, not sure what setting changed to cause this.

This is a weird one and I'm hoping there's a reassuring explanation.

I had Firefox and Sumatra PDF open, nothing else on Win 10.

I switched from Sumatra to Firefox (1 tab open), searched for something, and Firefox froze, and after a while Windows gave me an option to terminate the non-responsive program, which I did, and Firefox closed.

But the hard disk was active 100% afterwards, and everything slowed to a crawl, and I couldn't even get the Task Manager to open, so I did what I haven't done in many ages, killed the power. (Experience tells me a memory leak.)

After the restart Firefox opened, a bit slowly, to the last open tab. Browsed a bit. All is fine. Closed Firefox, opened it again, and now I'm logged out of every website, including the saved preferences, e.g. of Wikipedia.

It's worth pointing out that I closed Sumatra just fine, but it too lost the history (it remembers which page I last viewed for the opened documents).

Since Firefox was the one to freeze, and to work fine afterwards, logged in and all, then lose all after opening it again, I'm not sure what happened, and if there's anything I can do.

Sorry for the lengthy post, but basically:

Is that expected after a freeze/recovery?

Hello, I deleted Cookies and Site data and Temporary Cached Files and Pages, and all my Skype conversation and call history disappeared! Skype support say that they were deleted along with the temporary cached files. This is a major problem. Can anybody help me please?

There's a bug with Firefox 134.0.2. where I keep getting logged out of certain websites, even without clearing my cache.

Is there a possible fix in the works for this issue?

Why recently after one of the most recent firefox updates, does firefox no longer delete ALL temporary cached files when I manually do so?? For years I could delete all the files, now it says there are (everytime now) exactly 2.9mb whatever, and will only go down to no lower than 2.6. What is going on? Thanks for your help.

To remove a cookie from a specific site, it takes about 8 or 9 clicks in "settings". I would love a one click feature that is easily accessible to remove that particular cookie. Any thoughts?

This drives me absolutely crazy as I tried to narrow it down for days now. The Amazon Seller website makes me login daily, which is not a problem on Chrome. If I export the cookies from Chrome into Firefox it works, but also forgets it after about day. I can confirm:

- cookies are not the problem and don't expire, as they keep working in Chrome on the same machine and network and if I export them again from Chrome and import to Firefox even daily, it still works, so the cookies are fine - It's also not amazon's fault, let's say a stricter protection agains Firefox for example, for the same reason as above, they don't block the cookie - I turned off every protection, made sure cookies are persistent and I gave every exception to amazon's website but didn't help - it happens even if I don't close the browser, so it's not a problem with cookie deletion - I tried it in a completely clean new firefox profile, same problem

I'm losing my mind because of this..

Is there a way to make the URL high lighting of the domain more obvious? I find that most people can barely see the highlighting and I'd like to make it obvious (bolder and red, or highlighted in yellow, for instance.)

Can this be done via userchrome.css?

Hello, I have some issues with Firefox keeping my logged in my Google account. When I close Firefox it logs me out of Google. I have tried some methods from other threads on this site but still without success. I have the setting for delete cookies on Firefox close to off and have tried Firefox remember history and use custom settings. Thank you for reading this.
