For some reason, IDM will not work in Firefox/DuckDuckGo. even though it worked a couple of weeks ago. I contacted IDM support who have tried everything they have, but no change.

Here is the issue: 1. I open Firefox (Duck Duck Go is my default) (132.0.2 (64-bit) 2. I type "vintage sci fi movies" 3. Click on "videos" 4. Pick any movie (example: The Phantom Planet (black and white but this does not matter) 5. In the Choose How you Watch, I click the left icon - Watch Here, and not Watch on YouTube; also click Remember my choice 6. The movie starts but there is no IDM dialogue 7. If I then click Watch on YouTube inside the movie, it switches to YouTube and the movie starts, AND the IDM dialogue pops up.

As I said, this worked in Firefox/DDG a couple of weeks ago.

IDM version is 6.42 Build 23, full (paid for) version Oct 15 2024 The IDM Integration Module in Firefox shows as Version 6.42.22, last updated Oct 28 2024.

Can you assist please.

After updating to v 133.0, when maximizing Firefox (not F11 fullscreen), a taskbar that is set to "auto-hide" will no longer unhide when mousing to the bottom of the screen. This did not occur with the previous version (132.0.2).

This behavior is also unaffected by the "devtools.toolbox.alwaysOnTop" setting in about:config as i've tried switching from the default "true" to "false".

Update: Still persists in 136.0.2

I have Firefox version 136.0.2. I think it was quite recently updated. The right click menu is broken. The choice list is much longer, and the choices "open link in new tab" and "copy link" (ones I tried) do not work. This only started happening this morning. Right click works fine in Chrome. I'm experiencing an issue with the drag and drop functionality in my browser that's significantly affecting my workflow. Previous behavior:

I could drag any selected text to any area of the browser window to open a new search tab I could lightly drag links anywhere to open them in new tabs

Current behavior:

Now I must drag content specifically to the tab bar at the top to open new tabs This extra precision required is frustrating and slowing down my browsing

I haven't intentionally changed any settings, and this change happened suddenly. This functionality was extremely useful for me as I frequently need to open multiple tabs while researching. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a new "feature" or a bug? Most importantly, does anyone know how to restore the previous drag and drop behavior? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

I’m getting a drop-down from Firefox when I’m on Firefox that says “read and sign a documents without leaving Firefox“. It dropped down window covers a document that I want to print and I cannot access the print button as a result. The drop-down has no way of removing it or moving it. How can I get rid of this drop-down?

to get access to my bank account via Firefox the bank should send me an access code on my mobile. The page pops up on Firefox, I wait for the code but there is nothing coming onto my phone? I can access my bank via a different website so am wondering if there is a problem with Firefox. By the way, my mobile functions correctly and I receive calls.

I can not get into my Yahoo Email account. When I log in it says, "Something's gone wrong".

I can get into my Email through a different browser on the same computer. This started last 

Wednesday (01-29) or Thursday (01-30). Help.

I thought it was an issue with my pc, but chrome does not have this issue and neither do other applications. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as ensuring mozilla was using my computer performance settings as opposed to hardware acceleration. The attached images are a very small example of the issue. Typically, after clicking on the screen or pressing a button the text is corrected but often replaced with new text being "corrupted". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I try to use firefox I get the message:

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

There is no firefox running and all I can do is close the windows. Pressing the on-screen button "Close Firefox" does nothing except for the error message to be reposted. I have to press the upper-right X to close the window.

I have just had Windows 11 reinstalled on my Laptop, I synced everything over from my desktop but Setup VPN and Hoxx icons which would be with other add-ons are missing, I emailed both suppliers. I followed their instructions and found that both add-ons are enabled but no icons. I don't appear to have any overflow, no '>>' I tried uninstalling them but still no icons to enable me to use these.

At some point in the last few weeks -- possibly after an upgrade -- I've noticed that some websites such as the Washington Post and Fidelity can take minutes rather than seconds to load. The problem doesn't seem to be with the sites themselves (because they load fine on Chrome) or with my hardware (because exactly the same thing happens on both of my computers). Has anyone else noticed this?

( I'm running Firefox 131.0.3 on Windows.)
