Because the economy, inflation, and lower incomes are still a major problem, many users like myself need to continue using old computers that can only run Windows 7. So we need Firefox ESR 115 to continue being supported with updates for at least a couple more years.

Bank Accounts: I can no longer access my Bank accnts online. My Bank says they no longer support my current version (ESR) & I must upgrade in order to access accnts online. Don't know what to do.

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

Trying to reactivate my Adobe CS6 software package and when I try to login to the Adobe website it tells me that to access the Adobe site I have to update my Mozilla browser by adding JavaScript to the browser. Why is this required and is there any means to access Adobe using Firefox without complicating the browser by adding JavaScript?

when I do a search, starting today, the AI either hangs, returning nothing, or only partially works and then hangs. This is serious for me as the AI results have meant that I was getting much more from a search than I used to. I am using a Samsung laptop on W7. I updated the version to latest one 115.26.0, with no joy. Is it going to stay like this? If so I will move on. I support Mozilla with £. Thanks for your help. I am 80 now. When I was 40 I would have been in the thick of knowing all about Firefox (I was in technical IT then) but I'm now too old to keep up with all that.

Why does Vanguard say my Firefox browser is no longer supported. It says I have to update to the latest version. I am using version 115.26.0esr (64-bit) and it says Firefox is up to date.

Their website seems to work okay, but they say I may not be getting the "best experience," whatever that means.
