Hi,

I'm currently on Firefox Developer Edition version 136.0b6, and for some reason the search bar no longer displays the https:// header. Is it possible to turn this back on?

I seem to have accidentally set up tab-groups, on desktop. Probably I fat-fingered a shortcut to group some tabs. This is a function I'll never intentionally use — since I'd rather not cut off my fat fingers, is there a way to permanently shut off tab-groups?

Recently Mozilla had the brilliant idea of doing something they've done before...obscuring the URL/Address from the user. So now when you search the URL bar never shows the address your query is sent to because "usr 2 stoopid, need dum." Mocking aside how do you disable this trash. I just came back to Firefox being fed up with Mozilla pulling idiotic pointless weekly UI/Behavior rug pulls like this and...well some things never change.

With search suggestions turned off and browser history completely cleared (all check boxes for all time), Firefox suggests AP News (apnews.com) when I click the search bar. This started kind of recently, though I'm not sure what version triggered the change. I'm not sure how to submit a bug report, so I'm posting here.

I was trying to Sort by Name, but hit Delete, because the right-click menu presentation shifted. No worries, Ctrl Z should undo on PC. Nope. Now I'm learning the only restore is through JSTOR/backup. I don't want to restore a previous state of operation. I want to un-Delete a folder. Is that a feature somewhere, somehow?

And secondly, can I force confirmation for all future folder deletions?

I was excited to receive the new Tab Groups feature and am now disappointed that it's not working and I've 'lost' dozens of tabs.

Here's what I did: I created several groups by right-clicking and added tabs to each of the groups. Since it appears that only way to collapse a group is to "save and close group," I closed each group. Now they are all gone. When I right-click to create a new group or "add tab to group," the closed groups are nowhere to be found. Plus, I do not see a "list all tabs icon" on my toolbar to reopen the grouped tabs, which is what [article] says should happen.

Suggestions for making this work?

I have tried restarting both firefox and my computer, disabled all extensions and started firefox in safe mode. When I try to right click on a firefox window from the taskbar it just disappears.

I have my computer connected to my TV so often when I open it up some windows will be on my TV which is behind my desk so its a pain to move them back without this function.

I need to sign in so that I can sync my profile but am getting this error message when trying to reset the password "Primary account email required for reset". I'm not sure what this means.

For the past few months, I've been getting this error and been searching for possible solutions. None of which have worked. I am also not using Kaspersky AV. With this, I'm asking if there's anything else I can do.

Here are the solutions I've tried: 1. Troubleshoot mode / disabling add ons 2. New profile 3. Clearing cache / cookies / dns 4. Changing "DNS over HTTPS" & proxy settings 5. Disabling firewall / AV / VPN 6. Chrome loads the site but I do not want to resort to this. Using developer mode browser does not work either for firefox.

So basically, I'm trying to add a 2FA code, homever when I scanned the code using google authenticator, everything went normal. Homever, when I try to put in the code, firefox only lets me put 5 digits but not 6. Any solutions?

Today I needed to reboot my browser, and did so they same way i've done countless times before, but when I restarted it only 10 of the 11 windows I had open before closing it were in the "Recently closed windows" section of "History".Please tell me there's some way to recover that window.I had a lot of tabs open in that window that I need back.Why would Firefox just discard it like this?Like I said, i've done this so many times without an issue.

1. I have not entry "DisableFirefoxAccounts" in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox". 2. I have no policies.json file in firefox directory. 3. I have a message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." in "Settings" (about:preferences). 4. In "about:policies" I have DisableFirefoxAccounts=TRUE. 5. in "about:config" identity.fxaccounts.enabled=false and grayed out.

Please help me to turn on the sync of bookmarks. All these listed issues obviously have something to do with it.

I use the IRS form filler to pay my taxes...have for years with Firefox browser. This year (for 2024 return) when I sign into the site the 1040 form does not display correctly. the boxes are to the right and below the actual placement. I emailed IRS who said it is a setting in Firefox. I tried the site using Microsoft EDGE and it displays correctly. I have searched for possible solutions and tried them all like using/on and off excelerator, letting Firefox chose size and colors of sites, turned off Noton etc. I posted another question here but no replies or looks so maybe I did something wrong so I will try to post again. I have W10 fully updated and Firefox too up to date. I understand I could use Edge but never had to and prefer to use Firefox as I have before. any suggestions would be appreciated or where I can report a possible issue with Firefox. I dislike the Group Tabs feature. So many times I've accidentally created a Group Tab and then had to figure out how to un-group them.

I've tried to change the value of the "browser.tabs.groups.enabled" preference to false, but it doesn't stick; after restarting, the value is always back to "true".

What’s up with this?

Using Firefox (current version), when I enter a search including '....near me' into Google Maps OR Bing Maps - I get a map far, far away from my location. Using Chrome, the same query returns a correct location My Windows 11 default location is correct. This began a few days ago

I turned on my PC after a long time, and it seems something about firefox has changed in the way I don't like. The logo to the extreme left of the address bar which shows "This time search with" options on left-click is annoying to the eye. Picture attached below. Is there anyway you can remove/disable that logo with about://config or anything else.

Using latest version of Firefox on linux.
