I am using Firefox Developer Edition version 154.0b5 (latest according to settings) and when I try double clicking or use ctrl + A, the url won't be selected (or parts of it if I try something selecting something specific). Double clicking doesn't work at all.

Is this a bug?

Due to muscle menu or not needing to think about it. Split should either be near the bottom of the context menu or you should be able to toggle it in settings. The amount of times I have gone to click a link to open in a new window only to split the view is driving me crazy.

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?

I use nyt.com to assess my account with Firefox. lately, it has been very slow to load and when i click on an article, it is very slow to load.

When I login to Google, I'm usually asked to do more than 1 catcha. Sometimes, they continue until I can't do any more and use Google Chrome. I have poor eyesight, and this is getting very annoying.

Suddenly I cannot search from the search bar. It defaults to the address bar. why "fix" something that was not broken. Being forced to use the address bar is frustrating. If you go directly to the address bar, it tells you it cannot find that site.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? Hi, your last update ( 153.0.3) broke my ability to stay signed into or go back to known web sites I have put in the “Exceptions – Cookies and Site Data”. I do clear all the Cookies and Data when I close the browser but now it looks like Cookies and Data is deleted in the “Exceptions – Cookies and Site Data” also. I would love to do a redo on this update and reload the old version. The browser also is showing my PC is Windows 10 and it has been on Windows 11 for 3 years now.

I updated my version to 153.0. The Bookmarks left panel was there. I did a CTRL+B, this one disapeared normal But once done I wanted to have my Boorkmarl left pannel back. So I did CTRL+B no Bookmark left pannel was displayed :-(

In this version of Firefox 152 for windows I'm currently unable to remove search related to google, ebay, perplexity and bing.

Please return possibility to remove those completely!

I don't want my browser to have anything to do with those listed above. I have had it removed in previous versions. Why did you add it to browser again?! Why don't you allow to remove it anymore?!

Firefox v153 downloaded a day or 2 ago. Since when it freezes, cannot access internet, then crashes regularly. have to restart to get it working again. PC with windows 10. Despite windows settings showing internet connected, and other device connection fine. I've stopped the VPN plugin. It was freezing every few days before the update, but now it's 2-3 times a day.

To be honest. Firefox is starting to be a big pain to use. I'm starting to see more and more of this screen where it say's "Be careful. Something doesn't look right" Even when i go to the advance and say proceed. Nothing happens and i'm getting no where. I know many of the sites don't have anything to do with asking for credit card, Scam or even having popup's. I test the sites in other browsers and there work without any issues. But Firefox is starting to lock me out of many sites due to this. How can i make this stop. As i used Firefox for many years.

The sample that is in the screenshot is a Anime data base that i have also used for years. But today shows this. But was working fine yesteday. What is going on and how can i fix it. So i can start using the browser that i love on the sites i want to.

I’ve been taking a look at the latest updates regarding the new Firefox design rolling out in Nightly, and while I appreciate the ongoing work and the return of features like Compact Mode, I wanted to share some thoughts from a user perspective, particularly regarding the aesthetic changes.

Personally, I’m not a big fan of heavily rounded edges across tabs and UI elements. For my workflow and visual preference, I much prefer a cleaner, sharper, and more traditional layout.

With these UI evolutions coming down the pipeline, it would be fantastic if Mozilla could provide a built-in option or setting to keep the current/classic style intact while still receiving all the important under-the-hood updates, security patches, and features. Giving users the flexibility to choose between the new design language and a more traditional layout would ensure everyone can tailor Firefox to their exact liking.

Would love to hear how others feel about the new look and whether a classic style toggle would be a welcome addition for you too!
