Without my bookmarks I cannot operate. Bookmarks are a number 1 for me whilst using a browser. I will not use a Browser if there are no bookmarks - which there isnt at the moment on Firefox. They have gone. Unless this is fixed I am going to have to use a different browser. BYE Bye.

Had a crash earlier on my macbook that required a restart. Everything else is fine but I have lost all history and bookmark data on my firefox browser. I tried going to see if i had the wrong profile and that was not the issue. I tired recovering the bookmarks in the manage boomarks option but there were no backup files.

I have some important bookmarks i need recovered. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi It isn't really a question, but it get to know and learn how to use Firefox efficiently before I converted from Safari to Firefox. I knew much more in Safari than in Firefox. Once I know more about Firefox, Firefox will be a default browser in my desktop,mac. Thanks Ted

I am unable to get Verizon to verify my account when I am using Mozilla Firefox. I can get Verizon to verify my account if I use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, but I would rather use Firefox. Can you help?

Actually, I need to add sinhala language to the Firfox transalator. There isn't sinhalese to translate any kind of website or other article etc. So if i can add sinhala language to the firfox translator it can be verry helped full and usefull for me. So i kindly inform you to send me any meterial or technical information to fix that.

cannot open or delete emails on google mail and youtube videos will not play. Had this problem a month ago. It's Firefox because I have no problem using MS Edge which I hate.

Hi — I used to be able to option-click (on a mac) a link in a firefox window to download the linked file directly to my selected downloads folder. This has seemed to stop working. Can you help me get it going again?

Apparently my system was upgraded overnight. I was able to login with my google password but that is the only one listed in my password storage.

How do I get them all back?

Today I updated to Firefox 143.0.3. When done (most of?) my add-ons were gone, in particular all my add blockers, facebook container, etc. Also, my search engine defaulted to Google (yikes!)from Duck Duck etc. I am very specific about trying to block all ads, trackers, etc and avoiding all Google products. Other things stayed the same like cookies preferences.

Is this done by design? Is there a file somewhere that still has all my add-on info, that I can restore.

I really would give up on browsing if I am forced to see ads all the time.
