msn.com comes in just fine on Firefox on Windows 10, 8, 7 computers. What's causing the undefeatable block on Windows 11?

Greetings, On cargurus website for example there are many filters which contain multiple checkboxes each. If I scroll down to a section and select a checkbox, the results refresh and takes me back to the top of the page. The problem is that sometimes I want to select more than one checkbox in a filter or choose checkboxes in the next filter to select a checkbox. When I search for cars I may end up selecting more than 10 filter checkboxes to get the results I want. If I have to scroll back down to where I left off each time, it takes a lot of time to run a query. This jumping to the top does not happen using Chrome, so there must be something in firefox that can be adjusted but I cannot find it. I only used Cargurus as an example, but it happens on all sites with checkboxes. Keep in mind I am not a programmer so I don't know how to add code to websites or firefox settings. At the beginning of 2025, I created a private theme and installed it locally (Windows 10), consisting of a manifest.json and a GIF file. It worked perfectly. Now, on Windows 11, I'm trying to use the theme again, but when I upload the file (.zip or .xpi — via about:addons -> Install Add-on From File), I always get the message that the file is corrupted. However, if I test it temporarily under about:debugging, it works immediately without any issues.

If I have taken photos in past years on a particular date, I get an email from Microsoft to review them. I normally do it on my phone, but today tried it from my computer. The path is "One Drive" "Photos" "Moments" and then "On This Day." If you click on the photos that in the graphic that looks like a movie strip, a montage of the photos shows up and you can also click on one. However, in Firefox, I click on a picture and the screen goes gray, but nothing ever loads. I thought it was a Microsoft issue so used their help function. The rep and I tried it, then cleared the cache, then tried it in a private setting. We got the same result every time. Then he tried it whatever Microsoft's browser is called and it worked just fine. They said it was a problem on the Mozilla Firefox end, so I'm reporting it. Please let me know if you can help me make it work. I don't like using anything except Firefox.

My company just changed primary severs and correspondingly, our email address.I want to sync my bookmarks, tabs etc... but since my account email has changed, I can't log into Firefox because the verification code is being sent to my now disabled email. I have opened a new account with Firefox using my now current email. Is there a way to still sync my previous saves and bookmarks? I have an Account Recovery Key for my previous account with the disabled email.

I'm on Firefox for Mac desktop and I'm finding it difficult to move bookmarks from the Toolbar menu to Other Bookmarks. I see that I can cut and paste, but I assumed I could drag and drop as I can in other browsers. Does drag-and-drop just not work for moving bookmarks in Firefox?

When I sign in, multiple firefox open, causing my machine to run slow. I have to go to task manager, close all the firefox and start over. I usually have to do this several times before I can get signed on. Once on, the new Windows 11 seems to work well with Firefox.

I noted in the multiple firefox accounts the following Group or User Names in the Details section. Are these normal or could they be the source of my problems???

How to correct if a problem.

It seems that my main page settings aren't the same from one computer to the other. For instance, I use Roboforms password keeper and have an icon for it above the bookmark ribbon on one computer, but moving to the newer computer, that is missing. What am I doing wrong?

When I swipe to the left, Firefox navigates Back & when I swipe to the right, Firefox navigates Forwards. It is VERY ANNOYING!!!! It's really easy to do this accidentally while scrolling around a large web page. When you go back, it deletes all data that was filled out on the web form causing DOUBLE the work. How do I turn it off please? Win 10, FF 142.0.1 64-Bit

My home page is Fox News and Firefox current version is slow opening videos everywhere, but especially on Fox. Any ideas? They open quicker on other browsers but I like Firefox!!!

For a while now firefox has been unable to enter fullscreen when pressing F11. Instead all it does is move the "Scroll forwards", "Open a new tab", and "List all tabs" button over slightly (The buttons on the top right, next to the minimize and close buttons).

I don't know what's going on with firefox.

Every time I login on my computer, there is already an open Firefox webpage with a dialog box asking me if I want Firefox to be my primary default browser. Once I click "Set a Default Browse", a Microsoft Edge webpage appears giving me a list of choices of Microsoft application to select to be my browser. Firefox is not on the list. There is also a dialog box that appears on the lower right corner of the screen showing me the steps on how to make Firefox my default browser. The choices are "Show Me How" and "No Thanks". When I click the "Show me how", I am taken to Firefox setting, once I click the "Make Default" I am taken back to the list of Microsoft applications to choose as my browser. The bottom line is I cannot make Firefox my default browser anymore. In fact, I am not even sure if I am sending this message to Firefox or Mozilla. He intentado acceder a los ajustes, pero no sé cómo agregar la página de Google Translate (u otra) a los permisos, ya que no encuentro ninguna opción que me permita incluir manualmente una nueva URL para habilitar el micrófono. Tampoco aparece la opción para permitir el uso automático del micrófono.

Además, he notado que ahora hay una nueva ventanita a la izquierda del chat de ChatGPT (¡me gusta mucho esta función!), pero el micrófono tampoco funciona en esa sección.

Earlier, when I opened Firefox it didn't restore the tabs and windows I had been using from about 2 weeks ago. I tried looking in "History" in the Firefox menu but it only displays tabs and windows that I've closed and it doesn't have the tabs and windows I had actually open.

I've had the same Firefox settings since I first installed Firefox a few years ago and this is the first time this has happened... :'( :'( :'(

I must have had about 70 Firefox windows and even more tabs within those windows so this really hurt me... :'( :'( :'(
