Please help, a very tricky problem: Work Scenario: I need to use the company-provided VPN software to access the internal network. Its principle involves redirecting requests to a virtual network interface before sending them out. On Ubuntu 24.04, both Firefox 140 and older versions can access both internal and external networks normally.

Issue After Upgrading Firefox: After upgrading to Firefox 141, all connections (internal and external) fail when the VPN is active.

Key Symptom Observed: In the Firefox networking debug page (about:networking#dns), the DNS suffix should display as localdomain, but after upgrading to Firefox 141, it appears empty.

When I click on Firefox and the to my email it says there is a problem with my internet. My internet is up and running fine. I have done everything it says Firefox can't connect to the server at mail.yahoo.com.

https://read.amazon.com/kindle-library is now not allowing me to go onto the website. I've tried talking to Amazon customer support but they can't find a problem on their end. It says:

The connection has timed out

The server at read.amazon.com is taking too long to respond.

   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

I haven't had a problem with the website before and every other website I have tried works fine. It's just that one. I have added it to my exceptions list for add ons but it didn't fix it.

I open up firefox and the message appears - you must be signed into this network in order to access the internet. BUT i can use the internet. This is not a problem on a W10 machine which I also use.

For so, me reason i have lost my connection to FireFox. It was in the last week. I was surprised because i have been using it for a few years. Can you help me to be able to use it again please?

In the last 48 hours I haven't been able to access the following - https://www.co-operativebank.co.uk - they do not appear to be the problem - when I try the link the 'retrying' symbol on the top left of screen (?taskbar), flashes extremely rapidly and it appears the system can't find the website. Are you aware of this issue.

After i installed firefox net jitter somehow appeared in my cs2. every time i play jitter is jumping randomly. Can yall somehow fix this i really enjoy using this browser but i just cant play with it running in the background((((

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox Developer Edition has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

i am using a local dnsserver and firefox is connected to it. is this the reason? if so how can i disable this? other firefox features are working beautifully.
