We're finding we can no longer watch FUBO TV on Firefox. Works fine in Edge. Anyone have any suggestions? We've cleared cache/history, restarted laptop, etc. This occurs both on recorded programs and live tv. We still seem to be able to get the commercials, although we tried watching on two different devices and the commercials were very different. Is it possible for Firefox to have been hacked but not Edge on the same device? Doesn't sound plausible to me, but I'm not sure. This has happened since the last update to Firefox. We have Windows 10 64 bit. Firefox 134.0.2 or whatever the latest version is. We're stumped why it works on one browser but not the other. Has to be a Firefox issue.

Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

Can you guys check why your netflix account is getting logged out every time regardless of how many times you logged in and for prime video if you play any video i'm getting video player error, can you please check

Since updating to version 135 all the tabs crash. I've uninstalled\reinstalled, deleted app data, disabled AV and created a new profile. The only time it works is in troubleshooting mode. I've looked at extensions and plugins and I'm only seeing OpenH264 video codec and Widevine content decryption. I've disabled those but still get the crashed tabs.

I'm also not generating any crash logs.

Started using Netscape and been with Firefox ever since it started. For the last few months, I find that my Draytek 2866Lac router randomly crashes and resets itself when I am using Firefox. I cannot pin it down to opening any particular website but it seems to be related to opening a new tab / link. I have FF set to open new tab automatically and no extensions (other than British English) are in use. Using FF, I can seldom go more than 5 -6 hours between resets. Not using FF, I have now managed 2 days constant uptime on the router - which is a fantastic change! Is there something peculiar with my system and any ideas how I can get stability again please?

Since 2/11, I have eleven aboutg:crashes crash reports. Tab crashes (i.e Youtube), browser crashes. Sometimes when I have Firefox and Chrome open at the same time, for an extended length of time, (I reluctantly use Chrome when Firefox has a problem with a site) they both crash.

I've opened related threads here in the past with no help offered, so maybe I can get a suggestion where else to get help?

I'm on Fedora 41 + gnome, but this issue persisted even in Windows 11, which caused BSOD therefore I made the switch to linux (At least in linux it doesn't crash the whole system, only firefox). If you need any additional information let me know. I can run journalctl/dmesg if required.

I've already tried things like restarting in safe mode (troubleshoot mode), refreshing firefox etc. Didn't work.

I have notebook no issues, My Desktop however I get tabs crashing with firefox, Apache Open Office but not with Doc files in open office and not with chrome and Edge they run without any issues. My computer is awsome it seems to me this version of firefox is either being pushed out or its not coping with large loads. I removed all of my 32gb ram tonight just to test the ram my ram is fine. So, I cannot get sound through firefox and you want me to search through numerous panels that do nothing to get a result., You want me to check connections and equipment that work in other apps which I have already gone through steps to prove.

You also have zero ability to actually contact a support rep. You prefer I go on the roundabout of obfuscation until I really want to find someone in mozilla management and insert the mozilla organisation on a long pole, five km should about do it.

If microsnot and giggle can do it, why not youhoo?

I've used Firefox for years and never had a problem with crashing. For several months now, it's constantly crashing. I submit a report most times but nothing seems to change. Please help! If it doesn't stop soon, I'll be leaving Firefox for good. It's making it impossible to get anything done.

Firefox crashes every day or so on my home computer. The most common error message is "kmode exception not handled." I've tried the suggested fixes. Nothing helps. The crashes are not being recorded in "about crashes" or in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\. So it seems the crash reporter has to be fixed before the problem causing the crashes can be identified. Firefox does not crash on my office computer and no other program causes my home computer to crash. Thank you.

TV signal, and audio cuts out (black screen) when using mouse arrow to drag scroll in side bar. Also gives a loud audible "click" as sound is temporarily cut out. ( Most probably whole HDMI signal is cut)

Black screen bug happens randomly with You tube with no mouse or keyboard action, but 100% repeatable with this website when scrolling :

Firefox crashes constantly when I load it mostly when in youtube though.
