So I clicked into a video, and it did not play. Further troubleshooting showed it was a video hosted by vimeo, and youtube videos still worked. I tried on multiple vimeo hosted videos, on multiple unconnected websites (dropout, patreon, and directly on the vimeo website).

I tried the following fixes:

• I opened it in a private window and nothing played.
• I booted into safe mode, still nothing.
• I turned off all of my add-ons, nope.
• I cleared my cache and restarted, nothing.
• I cleared my browsing data and restarted, also nothing.
• I checked for updates: up to date.
• I created a test profile, and it works there.
• I opened Chrome and it worked there too.

The test profile/chrome thing suggests it's an add-on or something but the fact that I turned them all off and this still happened has me baffled.

Update: I fixed it. Was user error.

I'm using version 151.0.1 (64-bit) in France. I don't see the VPN configuration prompt in the top-right corner of my Firefox toolbar, nor do I see the VPN icon in the toolbar… What should I do, please?

AGAIN, IT SEEMS I LOST MY PASSWORDS AND CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CALL THE COMPANIES TO VERIFY IT'S ME? EVERYTIME I TRY TO DO THIS NOW IT SAYS "DOESN'T RECOGNIZED EMAIL?

Does the latest Firefox version have an IP Address? Possibly 150.1.2?

This newer firefox (new to me) says i am running windows 10. (version 151.0.1 64-bit) How do i change that, also how to do finish setup?? I have been doing my best to research you Q&A. Have not found much to be helpful regarding my issues. I am a fan of Firefox and would like to continue using it, and supporting Mozilla when I can. I used to be able to log into Peacock without issues. Either Firefox changed something or Peacock did. But it no longer works correctly. I can sign in, but the main menu appears for a split second, then the screen goes black.

no sure if this is the right topic place, but nothing else seemed any closer. can anyone tell me what the h*** the error message i keep getting when i do something like "sort by unread" and then go back to "sort by all"? i also have trouble just logging in - i have 3 profiles that i use. could not find anything in the troubleshooting section and i don't think it would be from the malware app as everything worked just fine for several years with this running any help would be greatly appreciated! wolfgang
