Address book import is not working after I import it. It says I have 516 contacts. All I see are big grey dots but no information inside them.

I'm exporting from Classic Outlook (2016) in .CSV format.

In the older K-9, when one changed the active account, the inbox for the newly selected account would just be shown immediately. No need for any other operations on my part.

Now I have to tap on the inbox to get there. This seems an awful nuisance and offers little to anyone, I suspect.

Is there some way to get the old K-9 behavior?

For months I've been trying to sync my FF bookmarks between my android phone and my pc and vice-versa. And with no avail. I've looked at so many, many answers and upon trying them with no avail but, frustration. Surely, an extension for droid FF could be developed to freely sync bookmarks between a droid and a pc and from pc to droid.

  Firefox is currently my "default" browser.  I am running the most current updated Firefox browser.  I am using a desktop iMac with OS of Tahoe 26.1     
  It appears since the latest few updates (on Firefox) over the last week or so, I can no longer log in to my online banking.  I am able to enter my username and password (I'm using the 1Password app on this desktop and my iOS).  After entering my username and password, the progress wheel just spins and spins and nothing further happens.  The screen just sits there and does not progress to the next webpage allowing entry to my banking.  I know that it is a problem with the Firefox browser.   When I log in to my online banking using Chrome, I have no issues, it logs right in.  
  What is going on?   Please advise.  I'm thinking about ditching Firefox and going with Chrome or Safari.

After running updates and restarting my computer, I am no longer able to open my common websites used frequently. I don't know how to fix this problem. The search bar runs until it times out.

In Australia, the Government Weather Bureau Service website site is WWW.bom.gov.au. When try to connection to various pages on this website, it can take up to 15 secs for page to appear. If I use Chrome, this problem does not occur. On searching Google, one suggestion is the fact that WWW.bom.gov.au only allows unsecured access ie. only allows http:// access not https://. Is there a setting in Firefox which will allow both types of access? I have tried in Settings/Privacy&Security/HTTPS-Only Mode to allow exceptions, but this does nothing. Any advice please. I am unable to send emails from Thunderbird. Getting the message: An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: Connection from xx.xxx.xx.xxx refused.

When I check my password under "Tools - Security', I only see a password listing for my 'incoming' server [that I do not have a problem with].

My out-going server setup has "Authentication" as normal password. When I try to send an email, Thunderbird does not ask for a password. Is it possible the error message refers to lack of a password? If so, is there anyway to manually add an STMP password to Thunderbird?

My Firefox sometimes freezes in the evenings when using AOL Mail and Facebook. I put this down to my old and slow PC. But I now have a brand new PC working on Windows 11 and all seemed fine, but it happened again this evening. I then logged into Facebook using MS Edge and it was working fine.

Where are my shortcut tiles? I used CCleaner and they all disappeared and I can't get them back even though I make sure they were on and have 2 rows selected and restarted my computer since. This happened last week and still no sign of them. See pic for reference.

I’m writing to report an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing with Firefox over the past few months.

Within the last four months, Firefox has logged me out of every account I was signed into on three separate occasions. Each time this happens, all saved sessions are cleared and I have to sign back into every service again manually.

I haven’t intentionally cleared cookies, site data, or browsing history, and I’m not using private browsing when this occurs. This behavior is disruptive and I’m concerned there may be a settings issue, bug, or conflict causing Firefox to remove my sign-in data unexpectedly.

Could you please advise what might be causing this and what steps I can take to prevent it from happening again? I’m happy to provide additional details such as my operating system, Firefox version, or troubleshooting steps already attempted if needed.

Firefox installed a new version and my stuff has disappeared. I don't recognize the window at all. I have tried the "restore sessions" but I'm told it can't happen. I need my stuff back.

Hi, for years I have had subfolders I created under a major folder called Archive [not the Archives folder you have]. The subfolders have names of people or organizations or topics and are in alphabetical order. Until this year, when I created a new subfolder, it automatically sorted to its alphabetical place [or, perhaps I had the option of sorting when I right clicked the major folder]. But for some months, I no longer have that option and have to laboriously drag the folder into its place among hundreds of other subfolders, which I find difficult. (Sorry--I have aged.) I must have missed some new thing I have to do--???
