Hello LindsayPeets, I'm not sure how you'd come to that conclusion. Mozilla welcomes all people no matter their culture, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, geographical location or religious views in its employee base and in its large contributor communities around the world. This obviously also applies to the users of our products!
