</p><p>I personally prefer a higher minimum font size over zooming the page and use the PrefBar extension to use a none setting in case of issues on a specific page and text disappears or runs over.

</p><p>I thought that setting layout.css.devPixelsPerPx was essentially equivalent to using full page zoom for both the toolbar area and the content area. I'm surprised that you see a difference in image quality or layout correctness between the two. Perhaps this is a difference between Windows and Linux?
