My Bluetooth icon in the Firefox toolbar "suddenly" has a wiggly line across it and when I click on it the dialogue is "Bluetooth:not available." [Mac OSX]

I recently attempted to update the firmware on my bluetooth, which I use daily, and had to quit the update before it was a minute into the update. When I tried to use my bluetooth thereafter, I get the above notice. How may I fix my bluetooth?

That sure doesn't sound like a Firefox support issue, as the operating system handles connections like Bluetooth. You really need a Mac OSX support forum for help with that, unless another Firefox user who also uses MacOSX comes across this thread and can help you.

I fixed the problem by (duh) restarting the computer. Bluetooth disappeared when I attempted to use an "update firmware" thingie. I have to remember that the answer to most unanswerable questions is, "reboot!"
