U auto-updated my browser, it also sent a virus & now I can not boot my computer. Remove Browser Please.

U auto-updated my browser last Thursday?, it also sent a virus & now I can not boot my computer. Can not access the internet. Also my operation disc-repair is being blocked by your program. I was able to get in briefly yesterday..and uninstalled Firefox..it worked beautifully with Explorer..Then I reinstalled Firefox and it continuously crashed..and now it will not boot, and repair is blocked by your program. Can you remove Firefox & Browser Please. I am presently using a public network. Dell PC... Georgiann Milan (Contact Information removed by Mod)

Firefox doesnt install viruses, it's possible you already had one on your machine, or this symptoms you are describing aren't viruses at all.
