How do I report an abuse of my email address book?

more options

my address book was hacked and 100s of emails sent in my names with a blank pdf file. No one could open the pdf and some people got warning notices of the malware. Since you have the storage of my address book, I am assuming that is how the hacker got in. I have since changed my setup, but there are still notices in my box about failed delivery and others from people who did not recognize it as malware and tried to open the pdf. I have tried to find a way to report this to you, but this appears to be the only way.

How is this related to the Firefox web browser??

Firefox doesn't do email or have an address book, nor does Mozilla store your address book.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, see this forum for support. https://support.mozillamessaging.com/.../home
