Adobe launched within FF opens at 173% magnification; how can I change this setting?

All adobe .pdf documents open at 173% magnification.I know how to reduce this but would like to change this setting to open all pdfs at 100%. Our IT support group controls all changes to all computers at work, so add-ins aren't easily accomplished.

Probably a setting with the Adobe Reader program.
