Firefox not closing down properly

Hi

A new problem with Firefox is occurring today. After turning on my machine i can open firefox. When i close it, it doesn't close properly and leaves a firefox.exe process running. I then cannot re-open firefox without going into task manager and deleting the process. A reboot of my machine hasn't helped

thanks the-edmeister. i disabled my theme and it cured the problem. i then re-enabled the theme and the problem didn't return.
